I used to go to Superstition Feed But then the feed selection tends to be somewhat inconsistent. Worse the ladies behind the register seem to be consistently discourteous as if you are interrupting or bother them when you ask a question. The pen conditions of the birds that were in the area off the main showroom were horrendous. The final straw for me was when they had chicks out in the sweltering hell they keep them in and they were dying in front of my eyes. I assumed they didnt know this and went and told several employees they had a problem out there. Not one of them reacted AT ALL. They just stared at me blankly. I would have thought even from a strictly business point of view that dead animals were a problem worth looking into.

This place does not keep track of inventory. I bought a bag of dog food here, and when I opened it, it was rancid. I looked on the bag and it was a year out of date. I returned it, and fortunately I had my receipt, or they would not have given my money back. I went back again and looked for a bag of dog food, and 2 out of 3 bags I looked at were out of date. When I buy the same food online, the use by dates are two YEARS in the future. When I find food here, they are months OUT OF DATE. This is not a good place to buy dog food. LOOK AT THE DATES BEFORE YOU BUY> KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS. Bad store.

This store has been my home for pet food for several years now in my effort to shop local more often. They treat their customers like family and go above and beyond to make sure the customer has the product that they need. They are heads and shoulders above a national chain. Thank you Superstition Feed for being so good to our furry family members.

even though that may not sound any better. This man is no longer with the company. I do business here multiple times a month. They are wonderful and caring people. I am against animal cruelty myself and would never give a penny to a company involved in hurting an animal. The man responsible for this tragedy is gone.

Dont even bother the cashier didnt know the difference between chicken feed and scratch. Manager was no help as she will just pass you along to another until you leave after an hour

Not only is the customer service severely lacking (extremely rude), but their chicken coops were in bad shape and they treat their animals poorly.

I have been to quite a few feed stores in the east valley. This store has consistently low prices, a great selection and friendly staff.

Place isnt even stocked. Looks like theyre remodeling. No notice of this on the website of not being fully open. Waste of time.
