Totally got scammed. I saw a posting for loans given at 10% if paid within 30 days. I was told by an employee we were speaking with that the promo expired the day before, but they would go ahead and honor it anyway. Another employee stepped in and finished the process, but we were given a contract for 37%. After bringing it to the other employees attention, he said the 10% promo already expired, and we were told that they wouldnt honor it. Nice to see how well they keep their word. They offered us 10% and get us to sign up for 37%! I should have known better when I was looking over the numbers and the employee said hed go over the contract once I sign it. It was my first time here, and likely my last.

Worst customer service ever. These guys are the RUDEST pawn shop in town. This review is not for 1 visit but 4. Every time I go in to make payment or get an item out of pawn, they are so rude to me. good with loans, terrible manners. I mean honestly this happens every single time I visit, I have to go tomorrow to get a computer back and Im already expecting to be treated like crap...thats pretty bad guys...seriously.

Me and my husband bought a projector that was tampered with by the workers of the pawn shop .and then they had the nerve ...to steal from me by selling it pretty much broken and missing pieces and I spent $160 on a machine . The sad thing is they lie steal and cheat you. Never Pawn Here! !!!!!!! Bad very Bad Service. Bad Customer Service. BAD BAD BAD

Nice place, good sales men. Although they charged me for a gun I wanted to buy before they screened me. It came back denied. Its been over 24 hours and I still havent received my money back. I called them and they told me I have to wait 72 hours to get my money back. I feel like they stole my money. $355 is not just a little bit of money.

When in the other day for a pawn loan. I needed quick cash to pay off a bill.. David(Hispanic) and Jesus gave me a great price for some electronics I brought in...better than the competition around the area . Take your stuff and go...I came all they way from Goodyear..well worth it..you wont b disappointed..

Awesome experience, as soon as I walked in I was greeted with excellent customer service. I went in looking for a Gold chain, but they had an large selection of fire arms. As a first time owner he gave me the knowledge I needed to make a choice and took care of me. 5 stars forsure!!
