We stopped by to check out the new Jaguar SUV (F-Pace) yesterday. We were met near the receptionist by some guy wearing jeans and a baseball cap (Todd Terreri). Never considered a Jaguar until we saw the reviews and were excited. We checked out the indoor model and liked what we saw other than the backseat was a little small. Todd Terreri walked us over to his desk and began to question what we were looking for. Finally, took off his ball cap as I just figured he was some punk walking around the showroom. We questioned him about leasing options and he told us that his time was valuable. Gave us some color options and a number and acted like his crap doesnt stink. Told us that most of his customers walk in with Louis Vuitton bags and clearly expressed his boredom with us. This first impression of Jaguar of North Scottsdale was ridiculous. Mercedes Benz will have our business. Best Regards!

This past Saturday i experienced a life changing purchase. Dave Matthias helped me make a terrific purchase for my first ever Jaguar. Car buying in its nature is well complex at best, but because of Daves professionalism, knowledge, and passion for what he does day in and out, was instrumental to why i purchased my 2016 Jaguar XF. Want to thank you very much for the exceptional customer service, and the time spent between educating me on the different models, the excellent demo on the two, and all the work you did to make the purchase that much more enjoyable. Whenever you arrive at a Jaguar dealership for a service or to fix a problem, you always feel at home, especially if youve had the unfortunate experience of having a non-Jaguar technician try to perform any work on your car, which I had to do, but will never do again. My wife and I moved from Southern California to Arizona last year and always had our cars serviced at the Jaguar dealerships (apart from once) and have received excellent service, but the Jaguar North Scottsdale dealership is the best one weve encountered, from being greeted by a friendly porter who took us to our service adviser (Michael Wagner) and (Savannah) who took care of our transportation needs. We will be returning to this dealership for all of our service needs.

My experience with Jaguar is always amazing. I love my service advisor Mel Charles. Hes so helpful and explains everything so clearly. I also love the service from the reps when I call in to schedule service but the overall friendliness from everyone who works there. When I pull up for service, Im greeted with a smile right away and asked if I would like a bottle of water. They are talkative and you can tell everyone is happy to be there. I will not buy any other vehicle other than Landrover or Jaguar so that I can always continue to have such outstanding service with the vehicles I love. Thanks to the BEST dealership ever. Don Molumby in Service is incredible! When I was seeking to make a CPO purchase and had some questions, he completely reassured me by going over in detail the entire inspection process and that he personally would take care of me if anything happened to my vehicle. When I had to actually have my car taken in to have something repaired, I was given red carpet treatment - he had my car picked up from my home and brought me a loaner, and gave me regular updates on status, including other things he wanted to take an extra look at to make sure no other problems existed. He made me feel like a truly valued customer. Thank you Don!

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership, always had done private purchases vs. a dealership. I was a little hesitant at first to go thru a dealership but Caelen made the experience better than anything i would have imagined. He was extremely helpful, kind and patient with me thru out the whole process. Most days are never this good...my experience at Jaguar yesterday was incredible. This amazing guy, Don Molumby, is my hero! I took the car in with a minor servicing problem, and not only did he solve the problem, he also had the Borscht Soup stains removed from the trunk of the car (been there since before Christmas--my fault, yuck), had the car detailed beautifully, willingly contacted another dealer who had installed our tires, got answers for me from them...and apologized profusely for a short wait I had that had nothing to do with him. Efficient, organized...thank you Don! Made my day...

This is my first online review! Jaguar North Scottsdale treats you like Royalty. They offer a beautiful clean professional environment surrounded by informative helpful associates. The vehicles only continue to evolve and become closer and closer to perfection. I love my new Range Rover Sport. It is like driving a Spaceship. The entire car is surrounded with built in cameras, the stereo system is amazing and it drives like a exotic sports car. While offering a large comfortable interior. The finishes are perfection and it s truly a privilege to drive this vehicle. We love you guys!!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and the follow up throughout the car buying process. Nic Trillo and his manager Kyle Connell provided great service even though we never met in person. The whole transaction was done via phone and email. Nic went out of his way to provide me with the best price and made me comfortable buying the car without even test driving it.
