Im gonna a give them a 2 star and share my experience. So heres why, I found a really nice looking toyota camry. I called on Wednesday to go take a look after work and had an appointment setup. Wanted to make sure the car was still available. It was in the shop getting a sensor fixed that had kicked on the check engine light. They say it will be back on thursday. Call Thursday after work on my way with another appointment ready. Car is still in the shop now getting some suspension work. Im fine with all of this and glad thier taking steps to make sure the car is good. I like that. They say Fridays the day. They open at 9. I call, no answer. Wait til 930. No answer. So I drive dowe cause its my day off. I show up, walk the lot, and no camry. I talk with Frank and he said its throwing more codes and he doesnt want to spend anymore money on it, understandable. He said hes sending it to wholesale next week. So I say lets make a deal and maybe I can look into fixing the problem myself. He tells me where his mechanics shop is and I cruise down there. Address was off, couldnt find the shop. I texted. Called. Left voice-mails. I was driving around for an hour trying to find the car to take a look and speak with the mechanic. Dont get me wrong. I like the guy and I believe he is honest. Im just not into wasting my time and running in circles. So now no car no nothing. Just an empty gas tank and time wasted for no reason.

I would give a 0 if i could. Worst service ever. After waiting 15 minutes for assistance I had to go find a staff. The salesman made the impression as I was not serious in purchasing a vehicle. Even though I showed him I had cash and told him financing was not an issue with me. He would not allow a test drive unless I committed to buying the vehicle first. Which, I apologize but I would have to be a fool to purchase a vehicle without test driving first. I feel the test drive allows a bit more insight on the vehicles performance. Also i feel the first impression is important. As it represents how the company values their customers. Nautica showed they certainly do not care about customers. When they do not take me seriously why should I take them seriously. From reading the other reviews, I think this may have been a sign not buy from these guys. I will not recommend this dealership, nor will I go back.

I was out searching for a Subaru WRX for months and at some point i gave up searching because theyre really hard to find. But when i came here to check out a WRX they had for sale, I immediately fell in love. The car had some problems but seeing how much they care for their clients, they were willing to put in money and replace many parts for it. It was a long wait but it was well worth it now I can finally drive my subi and I was satisfied by how it runs. Not many dealerships will do that, most will scam you. These guys wont. If youre looking for some STIs or WRXs, these guys can surely hook you up with some. And if youre a first time buyer, these guys can help you financially.

These guys are the best dealer Ive ever delt with! They where patient during the credit process as well as with out 2 boys age 3 and 1. Who had been cooped up in a car for hours with energy to burn. They where honest and gave us more than a fair deal on the car we traded in. Considering every other dealer low balled us in the surrounding area. We also have to give them much deserved credit for honesty! We misplaced a dvd folder with couple hundred dollars in DVDs in the car we traded in. I called to see if we had left it in the car and the manager was on top of getting it shipped back to us. Id recommend these guys to anyone!

Bought a car here, and it has A LOT of problems. DO NOT BUY YOUR NEXT CAR HERE! The car I bought looked great on the outside, drove great and Frank told me it had NO PROBLEMS. Before I even got out of the city, the check engine light came on, which was a $1,300 fix. Not to mention the other $2,500 in other repairs that I have had to do. Those new tires that he said he put on...retreaded. Have had the car for less than a month and all four are already bald. If you want to spend all this money just so your new car can pass emissions then by all means buy from Frank, but If you want your car to be problem free, go somewhere else.

These ppl took advantage of me being a widow and did their BS and stupid me fell for it. DO NOT BUY from them. They let me drive off in their car YUKON with a wheel that had a nail in it and they cement glue around the nail so the air wont leak out. Ive paid more to repair the car and Ive had it for a month. I confronted them and all they gave me a $100 check for my problems. Ive never dealt with cars because my late hubby did. But I was desperate for a car and its my fault for not doing my research. But please look elsewhere for a car. Im sure if my hubby was alive I wouldnt have had this problem.. Never again..

Worst experience ever. Bought a car from this guy, turns out it needs a new engine. After my mechanic started into the engine. It was found that parts were just thrown on it to get it to pass inspection and to run temporarily. If I could take legal action I would, but my hands are tied as it was sold "as-is". Worst experience in ever buying anything. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! This place should be shut down.

Horrible service, and VERY sketcky people. Worst experience EVER. Im suprised this place even gets the little business that it does. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Came in to look at vehicles and had no assistance what so ever. I have tried to call this Auto plaza multiple times and they havent answered. Dont ever waste your time coming here, it is simply not worth the hastle AT ALL.

I did not end up purchasing a car from them but, from my experience the gentleman who helped us was honest and friendly. I would send my friends and family there! Really appreciated his customer service. wish there would have been something there we needed. Will go back in the future when im looking! Thank you for being so kind! Very refreshing when looking at cars all day!

The staff was very helpful but not very honest/aware, the car I bought had many issues just 3 weeks after purchase which surprised me since it was inspected and given the, "ok" from their mechanic. This was the first and last time I try a used car lot. Save yourself the hassle and go private seller.

Purchased my car with Frank 8 years ago. I still drive my car everyday never had any problems. Me and my husband always check his lot to see if We like anything he has. Frank has always been really nice and honest. Im sure We will buy another car from Nautica.
