Not honest or up front. Vehicle was in far worse condition than what was communicated over the phone or shown by online photos. I asked multiple times about mechanical condition of vehicle and wear on tires. Seller hand no information to provide. Exterior and interior had extensive scratches and tires were shot. Car had not even been properly cleaned. Dust all over interior, carpet stains and sunflower seeds on floor. Took to a reputable mechanic and found over 2k worth of issues that needed to be addressed. Seller told me he would refund my 500$ deposit when I decided to not purchase the truck. That was three weeks ago and haven’t seen a cent of that back yet. Not a great person to work with. I would be very cautious about buying a truck from this seller site unseen and I certainly wouldnt trust him with a deposit.

He is an amazing person, honest, knowledgable, very detailed and thorough and the most refreshing thing is he isnt pushy or intimidating.. Hes helped explain financing, upgrading our vehicles and hes always available to help us through our thought process with cars. We have even bought used cars for our teenage daughters and have been completely satisfied. Because when you purchase for a teen you want only reliability and safety for them besides getting them a vehicle that can tool around town. We have referred friends to Kent and will continue to do so. Hes the BEST!!!!
