Worse service ever. Tech seemed to be bothered by each question i asked as I bought a NEW computer from them and he did settings. Havent been able to use Outlook since i got the computer. Dont know how to do much of anything on it. Monthly fee is worthless. Left voice messages and no one returned my calls. No follow-up check on how the new computer was, no customer service email survey -- NOTHING after they recd my money. Just cancelled monthly service fee - useless. Would not give any stars, but have to give one in order to "post."

Whenever I encounter a problem with my computer my first stop is Data Doctors!! The staff is always cordial and extremely competent. Issues that cannot be fathomed by me are taken care of in a professional, efficient manner. I feel confident knowing that my computer will be treated by professionals who know what theyre doing! These guys were very nice to me and were clean shaven. They did their job although they were a bit sloppy on the time they still fixed my laptop. World of Warcraft opened and ran smoothly and perfectly.
