I brought in my PS4 for diagnostics after it suddenly stopped working while I was playing it. Matt advised that diagnostic services were free. I suspected it could be a power supply or motherboard issue and took it to PC savants for the answer. Matt was friendly and his shop appeared professional. My PS4 worked when he plugged it in at the shop. He advised that he wanted to observe the problem first hand so I left the PS4 with him over night. He called the following day and told me that the PS4 didnt shut down like I had experienced and that he serviced the console. I asked how much the service was and he advised $60.00. I asked what the service included and he said he cleaned out the system which had a significant amount of dust. I asked him if he also reapplied Thermal paste since he didnt mention he had, and he replied he did. I never asked for a service of the console, just a diagnostic test with the intention of him replacing or fixing the malfunctioning part. I was never asked if I wanted the PS4 cleaned out and a price was never discussed. I would never knowingly pay some one $60.00 to clean out a some dust and apply thermal paste, so that is pretty frustrating. It should be noted that Matt told me if I experience any further problems with the PS4 the $60.00 service charge would be applied to future services which made the surprise bill more tolerable.

This guy repaired my PlayStation 4 same day, took four hours and the PlayStation 4 has worked great since then . he repaired my PlayStation 4 in may of 2016 I have gave it multiple months to give an honest review, the PlayStation 4 has had no problems sense then. dont let the area fool you or his work space discourage you form giving him your business he is very professional, and knows what he is doing.

I took in my physically broken flash drive (USB drive got detached from the board) and wanted to recover all the files from the flash drive. Not only was he able to recover ALL the files, but he did it quickly and at a TERRIFIC price! I would recommend anyone that has a computer, phone, or any other electronic problem to go to PC Savants! Trust me, you wont be disappointed! Great Service!

I had a problem with the charging port on my wifes laptop. I went to PC Savants not knowing what to expect (it not being a commercial building). I received fast, affordable service. Matt was also professional, and easy to work with. Recommended. If I have problems with any other computers/electronics, I will come back!

Dropped my computer off on Sunday afternoon. By Thursday morning, I had it back with the problem correctly diagnosed, hardware and software installed and at a reasonable price. Cant ask for better than that. I will bring any other computer, TV, game issues I have to Matt and recommend him to others.

PS3 video stopped and brought to PC Savant for repair. After returning it home it never did work quite right and after a couple months if stopped all together. Didnt see the point in bringing it back again as the PS4 was soon to be released.
