Although the Company name has changed now known as "Device Pitstop" in Henderson, NV they have without a doubt been my 1st call or stop before heading anywhere else for my PC, Laptop and/or Device needs. Whether its to replace a Monitor, purchasing a New or Refurbished PC for my family or to simply have a question answered (And if you know me I have questions lol) their on the spot staff members "James, Mike, Shaun just to name a few have always gone ABOVE & BEYOND to provide old fashion traditional customer service the way every business should but doesnt. PLEASE GIVE THEM A CALL OR COME IN, MENTION MY NAME THAT YOU READ THIS REVIEW, START YOUR STOPWATCH (optional lol) AND SEE HOW LONG THAT SMILE OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION LAST ON YOUR FACE & IN YOUR MIND OF FEELING CONFIDENT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN TREATED WITH THE BEST OF SERVICE IN NEVADA! We just got two MacBook Pros from this place.... I have never owned a mac before. Im thinking about making the change to Mac. Jason (the manager) was very friendly and fun to work with. Jason did tell us that we could come back the next day and get the data transferred from our old computer to the new one. When we came in not even 24 hours later. We were told it would take up to three days. This information was given to us by James. James also sounded like he was stoned out of his mind.. So, overall I would have to say this is a good company to work with. Ask for Jason or Jameison (these guys were great). However, if James is their, I would go back another day...... If it was not for James, I would of given them 5 stars.

I absolutely love this store I find it when my phone wouldnt charge and couldnt get a replacement for it and had to get it fixed the guys at Verizon suggested I go next door to see if they could fix it. I ended up spending must of my day there and I got my phone fixed. I was super happy about the service I received plus it was at an excellent price!! All the guys there are super friendly and enjoyable to be around. I went back to get help with my computer and they were very helpful. Now Im back again after braking the screen on my new phone. They are super reliable and a great place to go for all your electronic needs. Edwin always does a great job fixing my phones and Make and James are always super helpful with computers

AVAST HAS IDENTIFIED A PROBLEM WITH THIS SITE CERTIFICATE To my great pleasure – MIKE the Technician at DEVICE PITSTOP was able to analyze the problem – researched the avast problem thru GOOGLE. WITHIN A FEW MINUTES – THE SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM WAS FOUND. AFTER following the directions that Mike located – the pc now works fine. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE COURTESY - EFFICIENCY - AND GREAT SERVICE PROVIDED. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK WITH MY OTHER COMPUTER UNITS. My boyfriend needed a laptop for work...I had (what I thought was) a lemon. We asked what would be the best laptop for my boyfriends needs and I was planning on just trading my laptop for store credit toward my boyfriends new laptop. Mike asked to see the laptop and worked on it for a few minutes to determine that it IS NOT a lemon!! In fact he recommended not purchasing a new laptop because mine just needed a little work. So nice to have someone be honest with us when they could have instead taken my decent laptop and talked us into spending a few hundred dollars on a new one. Great experience!

I took my iPhone to fix the screen and the next minute after they fixed it the screen stopped responding and it freezes on me! I have to put it in a sleep mode or restart the phone to work it back again! So I recognize the problem and next day I took it back to the store and they did not even look at my phone me said it some software problem and it is nothing to do with the screen replacement! How come it worked fine until you replaced the screen and all of. Sudden it is a software problem! What a joke and waste of my phone! I never go back again!

I was searching online for a store that repaired phones, and came across this one, which incidentally was in my area and had great reviews. At the store I showed the person behind the counter my phone which had a "crash report". I was told all l needed to do was a factory reset. I explained to him I had data I didnt want to lose. He then started going though the phones settings and after a few minutes bought the phone back to life and functioning properly. I was surprised and elated. The service and hospitality at this store is excellent.

Have an old HP desktop that crashed over 5 years ago and its just been sitting. Stopped by while waiting for a nearby eatery to open. Liked the way it was explained how they would recover my pictures and data. Upfront about their pricing and was given the pricing depending on the difficulty to retrieve the data. I didnt have to remove the hard drive. They were able to retrieve my pictures and for the minimum price quoted. Definitely wont hesitate to use them again.

Shaun was very helpful when helping me pick out a used computer to fit my needs. When I had to bring it back the very next day because it had some problems, he went straight to the manager and without any questions they found me another just as good if not better at no extra cost. Old school customer service. I will seen a any and everyone to their store to get their computer needs. THANKS AGAIN FOR GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys saved me. I was in town for a conference and my computer crashed and I could not access any of my files. I was desperate ...found them on line jumped in a cab and they were able to get me up and running again in two hours. Being out of town and able to find someone to be my IT guys was huge. Dont know what I would have done with out them. Highly recommended. Wish there was a Device Pitstop back home.

The crew at this place is honest and helpful as could be. I had a Dell Studio that wouldnt turn on, because of its problems it couldve broken even after repair. Instead of charging me $60 dollars for a diagnostic these guys more than compensated for my unfortunate situation with a great deal into an amazingly refurbished Dell Latitude for $150. When you go, talk to Mike hell hook you up.

At Device Pitstop I got my boyfriend a good gaming laptop for his birthday, and he loved it. It was a Samsung with a quadcore AMD Radion graphics card. I had to upgrade the computer from from 4GB to 6GB but they did that there for me, again for not a bad price at all. The customer service was excellent, I was helped by Shun and Mike. Its a good place to go.
