Great people. Great service. - On Friday evening, the day before I was to pick up my parents and take them to Laughlin, I noticed a nail in my tire. The warning light on the dash and flatness of the tire were great indicators, too. It was late so Discount Tire was closed. In the morning I put air in my tire and drove to Discount Tire. I arrived at 7:55AM and there were people starting to line up at the door. Oh no! I was supposed to be on the road by now and this is setting me back! As I walked toward the store a technician met me halfway. I showed him my tire. I knew the tread was low on all 4 and I needed new tires but I was really in a hurry and wanted to be in and out as quick as possible. However, it was going to rain that day and I wanted to be safe on the road. I said to go ahead and replace all 4. Im still upset. Im going to be so far behind schedule! At 8:35AM my name was called along with the words, "Your car is ready." WHAT!? Really!?? That fast!!!?? Oh my GOD! Thank you so much! What great, speedy, professional service I received. And I was so glad I got those tires. It stormed all the way to Nevada but I felt so much safer with those new tires! The car handled like a dream on those roads. Thanks again to the folks at Discount Tire for their fast and friendly service!

I took my vehicle in for new tires. I have been using discount for YEARS! I was told I had a bent rim. I saw that it was bent and told them that I did not feel a shake at all and still just wanted tires. They told me they were very surprised that I did not feel any shake. Next thing I know my car is shaking like crazy and vibrating on the freeway so bad I was nervous to drive it. I took it to Firestone and was told that they DID NOT BALANCE that tire but they did balance the others. Pretty sure thats going to cause a good vibration. I have spent over $4K with discount in the past and will now NEVER return! Firestone prices were better and they were far more helpful!

This is the worst store i have dealt with. I worked at the store on Beherend and they will service you much better. This store took 2 weeks to order me a tire, and then did not end up ordering after two weeks because the tire turned out to be Discontinued. It took this store two weeks to find out that the tire was discontinued and then inform me of the inconvenience. They also tried to weasel out of their "Pro rate" policy. When i tried to work out these issues with the sales men, they told me to wait until their manager "Tony" came back from vacation. When tony arrived back, he was less helpful than his staff. I Would not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

Great place to go for tires. All the staff is polite, respectful, and professional. I have been to this location a number of times. Each time there was never any point where they were mixed up or unsure what to do. I go in, discuss what I would like done, I leave the car, they call me, and I come to pick it up. I always suggest Discount Tire to anyone I know whos getting or needs tires. Other places I have been, the staff isnt knowledgable about tire brands. They dont try to work out what will fit your budget if youre on one. Discount is the only tire place thats ALL TIRES and does it RIGHT!

I had the pleasure to be served by Gilbert. It is rare in todays service based industry to have a customer service rep. go above and beyond what is expected. Gilbert not only assisted me with my flat tire and the route to repair, but he also started a great conversation about my 2nd vehicle and what he has seen with the make and model as well as possible, cheaper, solutions. Gilbert respected the line of approach I wanted to take in the solution of my flat, and he WILL be getting my business in all future, tire, needs!

I never thought I would feel compelled to write a review about a tire store but I have to in this case. Why? Because every time I have been to this location the service is OUTSTANDING, they offer good quality products and theyll beat any price in town (even Costco). FYI: I was once a Costco tire regular but Discount Tire has converted me. If youre in the market for tires or just want to speak to them about any tire related issues, head on over and theyll take care of you.

Bought second set tire for this car. They lost my locking lug nut. Glad I inspected. They were not going to tell me about the exposed bolt,then lied and said I came to the store missing the lug nut. I told them I didnt appreciate the lie. They did replace with new lock set. But this was the worst customer service for a person who purchased 4 plus sets of tires for my different vehicles from that location. You think the manager might have done something. I will not return.

Always happy with other Discounts Ive been to, but this location changed that for me. When my tires were mounted the techs broke off a stud and cross-threaded another lug nut. This would not have been a huge issue if they had informed me at the shop. Instead they let me drive off unaware of the issue only to find it later. A manger, Andrew, was not helpful in the slightest when I called giving no explanation for why I was able to leave with no knowledge of the damage.

A Private User

I went in with a damaged, un-repairable tire from my wifes car. I am a returning customer and was planning to replace the whole set on this car in a few weeks but wasn't quite ready to drop $800. No questions asked, they loaned me a used tire, mounted and balanced it and said they'd just take it back when I came back in for the new set. No charge either! Now that's customer service. Kudos to Discount tire! I'm a customer for life.

After buying my second set of tires, they delivered my car with a lug nut missing. I noticed the bolt, that is when the person said i was missing a lug nut. No they lost it. I told him i have an extra in the trunk. After it was installed i noticed it was my locking lug nut. They did have to order a new set of locking lug nuts you think as a service gesture the manager might have done something. he didnt. I wont be back

This place is definitely "5 stars". They keep all the records of your tire purchases so that your warranties can be used if you have any tire problems. Case in point... I recently had a stem leak on a tire making it go flat. Brought it in for repair. The tire was 6 years old & they ended up giving me a brand new tire completely covered by the lifetime warranty when it couldnt be fixed. How awesome is that?

Service was fast and even though I wasnt expecting to pay the money I did, I got a good deal on my tire and also put at ease about any future damage. Customer Service was great everyone was polite and helpful. Only thing that I could think of that would make the experience better, is if the faculty had wifi so the long waits customers could use devises. Besides that good experience and will be back
