The employees are usually unhappy and they act like the customer is a pain in the neck especially if you are purchasing a lot of items. Which I do. They give you a hard time returning anything even with a receipt. They get mad about it and you get the feeling they think youve stole from them. Not a good feeling when you leave. I typically spend about 300.00 month in the Family dollar. Never again! The 3 Family Dollars near me all act like this. One month I spent like 700.00 and had a few things to return but just because I returned a couple of cheaply made items a few days before the manager would not accept a return even though I had my receipt because she said "it looks suspicious" They see me spending money in their store all the time. After feeling like a fradulent criminal, I came out to call the Corporate number left a message. Im still waiting on a response!!

I like the deals I got. Very crowded with merchandise. I did not go in all the aisles, cause I spent so much already. But pleasent. Helped me to my car, bcuz they have long poles on their carts, so people dont leave them in the parking lot.

Ummmm ok just left this store one girl rang me up and then the other one came and looked all through my bags ..guess my son and i look like we might be thiefs? Or racial profiling. Either way its ridiculous.

Not much of a selection. Clothes were either very large or very small. Cashier didnt care or notice when I came or left. Good thing I didnt find what I was looking for.

The employees are always rude. Most but not all act like your bothering them when u ask a question. The manager is always rude. But there selection is pretty good.
