Customer service was horrible. I have worked in cust service for 4 years so I know you cant always focus on one customer to help them however, the store wasnt even busy. I went to the front desk and asked them to find me a book that was in stock (according to the website). It took her a few minutes to write down where it was and then before we even left the desk to look she answered the phone, paged someone twice, and stopped helping me before helping another customer. Once we finally left the desk she went to the wrong area so she asked someone else and so we went to the right area finally and looked for the book. It wasnt there so I asked her to check other stores. (Mind you I had already gone to another store to look yesterday) she said metro had it and called them and they didnt have it either. Before she called them she stopped helping me all together and helped another customer. When another worker came to the desk she answered the phone before even looking at me. Horrible customer service. Also fix the dang website. I shouldnt have to go to 2 stores and call another 3 to find out none of them have it in stock when it clearly states its in stock online. Ill be buying my books from Amazon now on.

This store is clean and very well kept. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are public restrooms and plenty of space to browse the book selections. There is a Starbucks there with a great menu and lots of seating. There are plenty of books on sale or on clearance for those on a budget or just looking for a great deal. Great Nook and Nook accessories selection. An entire wall dedicated to magazines. And one of the biggest Childrens area that I have seen. There are reading areas with kid size benches, a playtime stage and I believe that do a childrens storytime everyday. This book store is a nice place to grab a cup of coffee and spend the afternoon lost in books.

Fun place you can spend the day. You can even bring the kids because they have a huge kid selection and unlike the library you dont have to be quiet. There is a coffee bar in the middle of the store so you could sit and read all day. Truly is a fun place to spend many hours. They sell board games, toys, puzzles, and books books books

Despite it being 4 days till Xmas, Jessica took my call and went out of her way to look up an item for me that had previously been a nightmare to find in other stores. She then went to physically grab it and place it on hold. Check it off the list and I found a few other great items. Store was very clean and presentable.

Horrible customer service both in the cafe and in the store. Would it kill ya to smile at someone?? And Ive never been to a Barnes that took out all the comfy chairs and covered all the outlets because "they were getting used too much" ... really? so you DONT want people to come into your store??? Dont worry, I wont.

It is a pretty good bookstore that has a nice selection & is centrally located near an ice rink where there used to be hockey at years ago. I think it seems classy & has a nice vibe to it. It is located near the shop of a guy named James Smith. There is free WiFi that works and a ton of books.

Great place, child friendly toys, model items that you would usually only find in Japan and the other thing that makes the models amazing is that they are in English. Would highly recommend for gift shopping, reading, and toys for your kids. Great place.

Visited to pick up a book for my wife on last coupon use day; pick up something for myself. Ended up ordering a third book to finish out the trilogy. All associates were truly assistive and engaging; theres a reason this is our home bookstore.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. The place is clean, and a big plus is the ambience (cant go wrong with sipping great coffee while surrounded by books). I love going there with my laptop to write.
