Barnes and Nobles is nothing but a rip off store. No wonder why they are a dying breed. A book that my wife was looking for was listed on THEIR SITE for $30. However, in store it is $59.99. When my wife forgot to tell the cashier about the price on their website after already purchasing the book, she called in to see if they could price match and refund the price difference since it is listed on THEIR SITE for half the price. The person on the phone said they do not price match even their own prices listed online vs in store. They said the reason the prices are higher is due to the ability to buy the book and walk away the same day. It is also to help pay for the brick and mortar setup. That kind of mentality is definitely a death wish for being obsolete especially since you can buy the same exact books online for half the price and get 2 day free shipping or pay just a a little more for 1 day shipping. Heck, you can buy it same day and download it in e-format. So keep thinking that way Barnes and Noble, itll be your undoing. Needless to say, my wife took the book back and bought it online and not through Barnes & Noble. Sorry you lost our business.

Love this place. Although there doesnt always seem to be a super abundant amount of people working there, Ive nothing but good experiences browsing there! I had bought a Samsung Tablet / Nook there once and everybody was so helpful there it was surprising. I plainly had no idea what I was doing, but they were patient with me and had everything nicely set up for me!

No power outlets available to customers in the whole store including the coffee shop area, starbucks... inconvenient if you want to drink a cup of coffee and work on your pc

Kids friendly. Each Tuesday at 11 have a story book reading time. Grab a coffee air worth your kids, and relax as someone reads to the them for at least 30 minutes.

Even though the cashier was having a bad day, the store overall was great. They held a book for me that was sold out everywhere. The store is always clean.

They price their items differently than whats listed online on their own website. A 19 dollar book is 32 in store and they do not price match. Come on now.
