Im giving the place 3 stars because I really like their merchandise. 2 stars lost because I havent been able to visit the store in the last couple of days. During the listed hours of operation, the store is completely closed with no sign to explain otherwise. Im very sympathetic and understand everyone has a life outside of work, but at least put up a sign that informs customers when you are out of office. Not everyone lives close and the time and wasted gas cannot replaced.

The very best customer service and friendliest staff in the toy world! I have been a collector of rare toys for many years, and Lulubell is my first stop for the best toys out there. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff will help you find the coolest toys you could want. And probably many more that you never knew existed- but will soon be searching for with a fevered collectors mentallity.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They stay true to art with different mediums including art toys. Prices are reasonable and the selection is good. They also help find a particular piece that they do not have in stock. Some local small business struggle with customer service, but Lulubell staff know how to treat their customers.

This place is super fun! You will see vinyl art (toys) that you will have a hard time finding anywhere else, even major cities. The store also carries lots of great books from pop artists. The owners are very knowledgable and helpful. I love this store, it is a little Tucson gift.

I called their customer service line to ask about a product and they offer and the person slammed the phone down on me after I asked her how her day was going so far. Very rude and unprofessional. I dont know what happen but thought everyone should know how friendly they are.

I love the shop but they are never open! I go by there every time I am in Mesa and they are always closed! I even went on second Friday and they were closed. Honestly, this is very discouraging and it makes me want to not even waste my time going over there at all.

Art from locals and otherwise; a heavy Japanese influence gives this shop a quirky, bright, gallery feel. The prices seem reasonable on a lot of one-of-a-kind and unique merchandise. Definitely deserves your support.
