Two pricing errors rung up at the register. Clerk could not get a coupon to work. Customer service did correct all three issues and credit my card back the appropriate amount. Single register open and 10 parties in line. Purchased common incidentals, know competitors prices well. Found Kmart prices to be the same at best, but higher on most of my selections. Cant think of a single reason to choose this chain over Walmart or Target, not prices, service or selections.

Worst customer service ever!!! I went in to buy an air mattress that was priced at 39.99 on the website & was told that it was an online only price & they could not honor it. No where on the website does it state that. Yet they can price match competitors??? When I called customer service I was told its manager discretion. The manager Kevin forced me to wait 30 mins for an order because he refused to honor an online price. Great customer service!!

This store is clean everytime we come here! I love that I can put things on layaway and there is a Little Ceasars Pizza inside too.
