On par with other Big Lots stores I have shopped at service wise. That said, find prices a bit high for a chain that sells "overstock and close outs" in general. Often the consumable items are close dated and have seen expired. Fun to browse but pricing keeps me from buying in the household, personal items, hardware and other sections. Lower quality goods and unfamiliar Brands that do not add up to a value to me at least. This stores location has plenty of parking and is convenient.

I just like to window shop there...when I walk to the Goodwill and DG, and bashes...to pick up a few things we need...but if I find something I like there..its always too high and I can get a better deal at other stores..but they have a lot of cool things for the garden and the house...but I have a tight budget... .

This store has lots of good deals however I do no go often because the lighting gives me a migraine every time. The staff is not very friendly yet not rude. If you are someone who prefers to be left completely alone while yo shop then this is the place for you.

Cashier was awesome. Called me over for next inline and a snowbird hopped her butt over there and he told her no thag we were next in line and there were at least 5 people before her. Bahahhaha!

The customer service has always been good, but Ive never been happy with the quality of my purchases. Thankfully, if you have your receipt, returns are pretty easy.
