I needed a simple 2 page print out and laminate done, made it early Saturday morning. Went at 4:30 to pick it up and the lady was just like its not done.....WTF do you mean its not done! Blaming it on someone else bull crap she tried. Didnt try and fix the situation. I needed it for Sunday! When asked out right what am I suppose to do now the employee just stared and said dont know. So you dont teach your employees their jobs?! This location is pool run, has no idea how to handle problems. She had time to print out my order and laminate it but wouldnt. Just stood there. Im never using this location again. Ill pay the extra and go someplace else and deal I competent professional people!

More than once Ive wanted to print something at the Maricopa UPS Store, and I am informed that a printer isnt working and the only way I can get it done is to email a copy of my document to their UPS email account and then they will print it. UPS Maricopa needs to understand that I DO NOT want to have a copy of my important documents left in their Inbox- this is not acceptable. Add to the fact that this branch employs a number of supremely unhelpful, unfriendly workers and Im left hoping that FedEx/Kinkos opens a branch in Maricopa, the sooner the better.

5/23/16 I feel like the customer service here has been lacking recently . Many times I feel like Im just another # being processed similar to what youd experience at a busy DMV. I wish this place was more friendly. Probably stick to USPS or FedEx in Chandler. ***Update*** 6/3/17 Ive changed my review from 1 to 3. Last few visits have improved as far as customer service. The agents are more friendly and helpful. Keep this up and Ill bring my rating up.

When shipping to Canada make sure you state it is a personal owned item without commercial value. A personal Quilt left behind and sent by a neighbor ended up in Canada with COD of $103.00. Really quite shocking when it should have been ZERO. So far it has taken 6 days to clear up the mess and the quilt is still being held for RANSOM.

So far Ive never had a problem there. Used them for packing and shipping, faxing important docs, and their notary service. Even have been able to send certified letters because they are a USPS contract station (I believe). Regular mail gets taken into post office, but you can pay postage there. Very convenient during tax season!

Complete fiasco with ordering business cards. Tried to do business locally, owner was unavailable, botched the order, failed to return numerous messages. When the order was received 2 weeks later, it was misprinted. Use VistaPrint online, they are far more reliable and much cheaper.

OVER PRICED SMALL MAIL BOX $75 when all other UPS stores are $39. I feel violated ripped off. not happy. I know Maricopa is semi isolated & things cost alittle more but this UPS store is INSANE! people shop around. maybe I should open a shipping store with fair mailbox prices.

Even during the holiday rush, I have never had to wait too long... no matter what I need this shop seems to meet my expectations... very pleased and will continue to use in the future as well...

I went over to this ups and there was only one Young lady there and she handled things very efficiently Im very satisfied everytime

Generally great, shipping is pricey like any UPS store. They dont always have a notary available which can be inconvenient.
