Furious. I have heard great things about this company and was very excited to use them. I went in and spoke w a super nice guy who promised some invitations by the next day and to send my email w what I needed. Only person Who I actually enjoyed working with. The lady (Jennifer) responded via email with a quote much higher than I was told and when I asked if she would honor the price the guy gave me, she said only if Im willing to wait 2-3 business days, otherwise Id have to pay additional to get them on the same day(the day I was originally promised). Although I wasnt happy bc theyd be late I agreed bc I didnt want to spend more than I was promised. I sent the file and told her to proceed and when I called today (Friday) I was told the project wasnt paid for and never started and they had emailed me but NEVER tried to call me on something that was already late. When I told the lady over the phone how upset I was all she said was "sorry" and had zero respect or concern for my rush. Im very displeased with the service of 900 s location and if they had a manager who actually cared about the business and loyalty to a customer, they would have honored the price for the SAME day I was originally given. What a shame. I should have gone to Costco in the first place.

I am amazed by AlphaGraphics. I just co-chaired a major genealogical conference in SLC. Seven years ago, we used AG for our printing. This time, we were watching our budget much more closely and I tried a couple other places when an earlier quote was misunderstood and they seemed to be charging more (they werent). But when the others couldnt do it the way I wanted, I went to AG. We were in the week before the conference already (and their own conference was going on in the same week) and needed a total of 70k pages printed and bound in two different books, and some large signs. I was expecting to spread the jobs around to different places, but AG wanted the whole job. The people stayed late at night and on their day off to make sure our printing got done, and they did a great job with the materials. Their guidance to do the finishing work was perfect and even when my correcting the proof and creating the cover delayed the whole job, they still made it happen. I could not be more impressed by the level of customer service that they provided. I will always recommend this AlphaGraphics location to anyone needing printing in SLC.

First of all, Nicholas was very friendly and easy to work with. I had an order that was just over $2000. There were hundreds of pages of drawings and specs. They were in sections and labeled with headings. In the beginning I had told Nicholas that our project manager wanted 3 sets of everything. Nicholas emailed me when he got finished going through all the pages and told me how much it would cost for one set. I was so grateful he did that because our project manager had no idea how much it costs. He decided to just go with one set. When I went to go pick everything up, Nicholas had someone carry the box (which was extremely heavy) out to my car for me. The best thing that I wasnt expecting is that on the invoice, Nicholas had typed the title of each section of drawings, so as I was putting them in binders it was so helpful to know what labels to put of the different sections. That alone would have taken me hours to figure out, and for him to go ahead and do that while he was downloading it probably took a few extra minutes but was a LIFESAVER. You have a customer for life here! And I will recommend you to everyone!

On 8/27/10 my wife on her classmate went to have a laminating job done for a school project. Kelly (one of the owners) quoted them a price of $120.00 and told them he would have it done the next day a Saturday. Saturday comes and we call to find out that no one is there on Saturday and we dont hear from Kelly until 8:30 Sunday night. Monday morning rolls around and I go down hoping to speak with this gentleman and he is no where to be found. When I went to pay for the job the girl told me it would be $156.00. Fortunately the girl working, honored the price and gave me an additional discount for the the grossly missed deadline. (The only reason I gave them any stars at all). Our experience with this gentlemen was like dealing with a too bit car salesmen. A nice bait and switch attempt on his part. Im sure alphagraphics as a whole is a pretty good organization but I wouldnt use this location, Kelly was dishonest, he doesnt deserve your business.

I was in a situation where nobody could help me print out some invitations that I needed done very quickly! I called several places and they were all too busy to help. I found Alpha Graphocs website and emailed them. That same night they emailed back, assuring me they would answer my question the next day! I emailed back and forth with one of their representatives and she was VERY helpful and got all my questions answered and even gave me an awesome quote for the entire order! I they were ready for me the same day I sent in payment (had to do it online cuz i live hours away) and they were very fast and super responsive and professional. When I picked up the order a few days laters they turned out AMAZING and just how I wanted them! Very high quality and great pricing! I would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone! You saved my life by printing these invitations so quickly! Thanks guys!

You guys always go the extra mile to make your clients feel at ease. Personally, I always print work stuff, and being new to US measurements (inches instead of centimeters and pounds instead of grams) sometimes its a bit stressful not knowing how dimensions and paper weight would work, but your team is always more than willing to explain and go over details or questions I might have, which is the main reason I keep using your services. Prices are definitely competitive, and overall, I feel like Im getting a great deal for the quality of the job and the service. Thanks!

Went there for 2 projects and they screwed both of them up. I also was quoted a lower price and then asked to pay a much higher price when it was done. And this was after being asked to come back several times to get my files right. The kid at the front was very unprofessional and made everything more difficult than it needed to be. The second time was one simple print and they printed it on the wrong paper. Would have gone somewhere else but the first place I tried was even worse.

Alphagraphics printed a last minute, but absolutely necessary 8 page, 4 color brochure for me on heavy stock paper, scored and folded it and printed it to perfection in time to make an important presentation. They were quick, responsive and the price was exactly as quoted. In the morning (9/15/10) I am going to ask them to perform another command performance--a 6 panel folded brochure on heavy stock. I am confident they will do an awesome job.
