Terrible customer service. I ship and print at this location and other locations throughout the western US weekly but I refuse to continue to support this location when they are rude and reluctant to help even at their full service desk where they charge for every service. Most FedEx print locations have great service, this store goes out of their way to inconvenience the customer. On numerous occasions I have stood at the full service counter to ship packages and waited 5-10 minutes for an associate to assist me as 2-3 associates stand 10 feet away gossiping about their personal lives. They always make sure to finish their personal conversations before helping their customers. It is clearly from top down because every employee is the same way at this location. The store really needs new management.

Absolutely Awful Customer Service - Had some business cards printed - They screwed them up by cutting them improperly (THEIR FAULT) - Still wanted $50 for them - I was in a bind and still offered to buy 100 for $20 - Monique was not very helpful but reluctantly agreed to call the manager (name not given to me) who said that they would sell 100 for $40 and 500 for $50. I told them "No" and learned my lesson never to use them again. Do yourself a favor and GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

I really like this store & the location is great; its centrally located next to shopping, food, hospital, doctors, lol....Starbucks, haha! Fax is a bit pricey, but in the event of an emergency, & this stores late closing hours, totally worth it!!!! The store is open, airy, & well cooled/ventilated; theres candy & snacks to buy, lots of helpful people & services, & a mini office store, too!

Very helpful willing to work hard to get me the best deal and ensure that everything was taken care of. Even when they thought there was a mixup which there wasnt, they sent someone out to deliver my print work. Really appreciated working with them and will continue to in the future.

Worst customer service, pathetic staff, unfair and trying to sell packaging not needed. Bad place for business accounts and customers, always measure few inches extra and trying to get you in next slab/rates. Never go to that place again. Saved 45 $ on different fedex location.

we ended up staying a little after they closed and they were patient and did not rush us out while we were finishing. Great customer service you do not see in too many places around here.

Friendly staff, but the att provided wifi is garbage. How customers are expected to use 1mbps connections to get anything done is beyond me. I should have brought in my dial up modem

I struggle ever time I go in to pick up hold at location HAL items, they never give them all to me and I have to come back to stand in their long lines to get the rest
