very disappointed . I know my daughter paid plenty for the arrangement. Sent daughter picture of the Birthday Cake arrangement n she said that wasnt the same picture that she had ordered from. There was no way to keep water in the plastic round lid affair as it was turned the wrong way. Clever idea but didnt hold water or up. Pulled up internet picture n it did not look like the arrangement delivered. Candles were different n tray definitely not the same. Picture was very professional. Delivered product was not professional. Sorry...very disappointed.

Flowers were to be delivered Saturday, NO FLOWERS. Flowers were to be delivered yesterday, truck broke down in GV, NO FLOWERS. Yes, they did call me at 8:36pm and said flowers will be delivered today before 4p, that time came and went. Flowers will be delivered before 6pm, NO FLOWERS. It is 6:42pm NO FLOWERS and their voicemail is full. If I could give a minus star, I would. My son should be reimbursed. 7:40pm and the flowers were delivered. Im moving my 1 star up to 2 stars.

the gilded lily is an exceptional addition to the down town area of kingman. the vast variation of flowers are beautiful. the owner kimberly goes over and beyond to make sure that the customers experience is something to remember. i completly support this store and all that it stands for. i will definently do my bussiness here and encouarage any one who is reading this to go in and see how exceptional a diamond in the middle of dry worn down downtown kiingman is.

I wanted to send my mother flowers, however live in a different state, I called up and spoke to a woman named Kimberly! She was so sweet and delighted to help me out! She send me pictures of a great selection to choose from, and delivered them promptly and professionally! I dont always buy flowers in an attempt to redeem my relations with my wife, but when I do, I buy em at the lily. With a courteous and knowledgeable staff, I can always rely on them to help keep me from sleeping in the dog house.Seriously, great flowers and staff.

Delivered on the wrong day. Wrong vase. Wrong flowers. Very disappointed. The phone contact information is "invalid" and there is no email contact even in the confirmation email. Take your money elsewhere
