If I could give this business negative stars, I would. My fiance ordered a flower arrangement from them at 8 AM to be delivered to me at work on Valentines Day by 4 PM. When I never received them, he called their 800 number which says that he won a cruise for two to the Bahamas. Can you say "SCAM?" He then called their local number at least four times and spoke to Lisbeth, who didnt seem to know or care about what happened. She put him on hold several times for at least five minutes at a time because she couldnt "find" his order. Once she "found" his order she then had to locate the driver. He finally had to cancel the order because I was no longer at work. He asked for a receipt to be emailed to him stating that he was given a full refund. After two hours, he never received his receipt. I then called them to express my dissatisfaction and ask for a receipt for the refund. Lisbeth stating that she didnt need to explain anything to me and she would refund his card when she "had time." At no point did she apologize or give any indication that she felt badly for ruining this wonderful surprise.
