My husband bought me some flowers this past Saturday. Unfortunately, by Monday morning they were already starting to turn. Theses things can happen. We have used Tiger Lily for most big events, my nephews birth, so on... and never had any problems. I called the Anthem Location, and expressed my dissatisfaction and the man immediately offered to replace the flowers, and deliver a new bouquet to my office the same day! Like I said, Tiger Lily has always been our go-to florist, but this level of customer service, and professionalism by this employee solidifies our customer loyalty. Thank you.

I got a plant for my house here and I needed some help finding out what options I could get with my budget. I didnt get any options and after picking up my plant that was $80 I realized I got taken for a ride. A similar plant was half the price at another florist. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I have ordered flowers from Tiger Lily for over 10 years and they have always met our approval. We had one issue for my daughters homecoming and they fixed it and turned it around in 2 hours on a Saturday. Really nice people to work with.

I love the tiger lily.. They have the best customer service. The best flowers I ever seen! They have the best fruit baskets also.. The best Orchids too!! I get all my flowers from them for every holiday! If i were you pick The Tiger Lily!
