I had Desert Rose do the flowers for my small, intimate wedding, which consisted of a couple bouquets and a boutonnière. There had been a miscommunication about whether or not they were doing my flowers at all (I live in Australia so coordinating my wedding from overseas presented some challenges). When I called Talia to confirm the delivery time the day before my wedding, we discovered the miscommunication and she expressed she didnt think we had decided to use them for our flowers. Regardless of the extremely late notice and timeline, Talia was an absolute legend. Not only did she say, "No problem, well get something beautiful put together for you," but she delivered gorgeous bouquets and a boutonnière with less than 24 hours notice, even including some very specific Australian flowers Id originally requested. I cant express enough how grateful I am that she handled this with such grace and professionalism, as well as put together simple gorgeous arrangements for our special day. Thank you so much, Talia and Desert Rose!!!

People that own this place are probably smoking crack. Just went in there and asked for an arrangement of roses and lilies around 60 bucks. 30 minutes later I was presented with a tiny vase with 4 roses and 4 lilies all about 7-8" tall. When I voiced my dismay, I was told that roses were $5 each and lilies $8 each!!! Oh, and if I wanted long-stem roses, they were $55 for half-dozen! I could understand prices like that on Valentines, but on a regular Tuesday you have to be insane to pay their ridiculous prices. Wholesale price on roses is $0.25 each for Petes sake! Definitely wont be going back there.

I asked for a special arrangement for my mom, the lady promised that they tale great pride in their flowers and will deliver a beautiful and amazing arrangement. The flowers were absolutely impressive, beautiful, awesome, and definitely amazing. My mom was so happy, shes never seen such beautiful flowers in her whole life. The wrist corsage we ordered for my sons homecoming date was absolutely gorgeous! We had initially planned on white roses to go with her blue dress, but the florist suggested blue dendrobium orchids with silver ribbon. Were glad we took the recommendation because it couldnt have been more beautiful or more perfect with her dress. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Called them twice because I was placing a custom order and had to do a lot of decision making with both the staff and the group of people ordering the flowers. Both employees I spoke with were incredibly helpful and, based on the final product, they are very good at what they do. Extremely helpful, patient, and kind people!

Great customer service. Really took the time to make sure they knew exactly what I wanted. They even called me to let me know that the lillies werent blooming so they could make changes to make sure that the bouquet looked like I wanted. Little things like that go a long way. Thanks again
