It is more than clear that there is a genuine passion for what they do at A Twisted Tulip & I couldnt be happier. I am stationed in Jacksonville, FL and wanted to do something nice for my now long distance girlfriend back home in Las Vegas. I had ordered an arrangement from A Twisted Tulip before because my girlfriend had mentioned they were her favorite & I had liked how that one had turned out a lot. But for valentines day the ladies at a twisted tulip went so far above and beyond. They picked a group of roses every day for a month & would send me pictures so that I could pick one, every day they would wait for me to text them a note to go along with the rose & then they delivered it to my girlfriends door. They took so much care in picking beautiful roses & in all the extra effort and care they put into this they have most definitely made me a loyal customer. It was the little things like drawing a picture on the notes, or making a beautiful arrangement to go along with a rose because her birthday fell within the month, they went out every day and put so much effort into a very small act it was awesome to see. Ashley & Tammy at a twisted tulip went far above and beyond what I asked for & did it in a way that made me truly respect their passion for making people smile. In no way did I pay an arm and a leg for any of this & I think that is what has me so happy with this business, they started off by not turning my unreasonable request away, they followed it up by charging me a so much more than fair amount, and then they followed through with a quality I couldnt be happier with. Outstanding flowers & wonderful people. TL;DR Get flowers here!

I purchased the "always on my mind" premium package which was supposed to include 2 dozen roses for $135 after tax and delivery fee. I also was supposed to receive a stuffed animal that I paid an extra $10 for, but didnt recieve.The arrangement was full of premature roses and full of lillys?? Way to make me look like a fool. My girlfriend hates lillys! If I wanted to buy lillys i would have specifically ordered a them. I have unbloomed roses in my backyard that looked better. For the price i was very disappointed, next time Ill just make it myself. Just make sure you read between the lines and look at the fine print about substitutions or youll be sorry. The only thing that was spot on was the delivery time.

The very best service. I ordered my flowers for a funeral happening less than 24 hours away. I received a call that explained my purchase required my flower choice to have to "open" and they wouldnt be ready in time for the funeral. I asked them to just send something within the price range. Boy was I amazed!! The flowers they sent were prettier than the ones I ordered! This was above and beyond. Will use them again for any of my needs.

Tammy and her team at Twisted Tulip did our wedding/bridal party flowers. I showed Tammy concept pictures and explained to her what I wanted. She over exceeded my expectations and made our flowers even better than the pictures. She is very professional, a perfectionist and has an eye for aesthetics. Her team is professional and made my wedding planning that much easier. We are so happy with how it turned out. Thank you!

Pretty irritated been calling for 20 minutes decided to stop by so I can pick up some lilies that I really needed but theyre closed. Would be nice if they were open at 8 AM like Google search says but they dont open till 9! Guess I just have to buy some flowers from SMITHS! They should really update their business profile or at least put their hours on their voicemail so people dont waste their time.

They were helpful on the phone and product was delivered a few hours later leaving my wife in "ah"! I have sent my wife flowers numerous times and she said "Those are the most beautiful flowers that I have ever gotten!" Thank you and I will definitely be seeing you again.

Not super impressed. I sent my Mother a birthday bouquet and she texted me a picture of it. I was disappointed to see that it didnt look anything like the picture on their website when I ordered it. It looked like they used half the flowers that should have been in it.

I bought my girlfriend a bouquet of lillys for mothers day and was told they would bloom into these big beautiful amazing flowers and they died before ever opening the petals! Very disappointed will be sticking to "Flowers by Michelle" from now on.

The Twisted Tulip team did a great job on our Grand Opening Celebration arrangements in May 2014. We told them what we would like to have and what are budget was and they did an amazing job. Friendly staff with a great product at a great price.

Great florist. Just needed a boutinere for a dance, was able to order off my phone and they were courteous and helpful. Order ready right on time. Staff was capable and professional, would use again.
