This is a JOKE, who ever wrote these reviews must be relatives because we ordered some flowers for Valentines Day delivery, which we called several times and were assured they would be delivered - this is thru Teleflora, the flowers were never delivered. We called the next day (15th) and we were assured they were to be delivered. Well, its now 2:03 pm and they are not here. When I called Apple Blossom and asked for a manager, they put me on hold forever and then when I hung up and called two more times, they never even answerd the phone. Now I had not talked to anyone so what kind of a business doesnt answer the phone???????? I would NEVER use these people again. Good luck staying in business with this SERVICE or I should say NON- SERVICE!!!!

having been apart of the family florist business i know how we always want to have the best in customer service as well as beautiful work. being away from hard its hard for my family to find the right florist to go thru for floral arrangements to send, they try a lot til they find the one that does the best job. i send them pics of what was sent so they can see for themselves what they sent. a-apple has done a wonderful job. my husband is deployed and sent message to my family to send something to me and the kids, they wired the order out, and it was delivered within a day, flowers are gorgeous, kids luv their candy and balloons. thank u so much for your outstanding work.

Absolutely terrible. Horrible customer service. Driver is clearly lying about his delivery attempts and the owner blames the customer and defends her driver. This lady was so blatantly rude to me over the phone when I told her there was no possible way her driver rang my doorbell today since I have been home all morning waiting in silence for the flowers. She had the nerve to respond saying "what was my driver supposed to do break your window so he could leave you your flowers? You didnt answer the door so he left!" NEVER use this ladys floral shop. She shouldnt even have one to begin with.

DO NOT ISE THIS FLORIST! As a surprise my boyfriend ordered flowers to be delivered on my birthday. They called me the day before to confirm my address which they had correct and ruined the surprise. Then they delivered them on the wrong day even after i confirmed the correct date with them. To make it worse the long stem roses were at the end of their bloom when i received them so they barely lasted 2 days.

I buy my Mom flowers 2 to 3 times a year and she sends me a picture of them every time she receives them. Today was the first time I received a picture that looked just like the picture online. I will definitely be using A-Apple Blossom again in the future.

Bought corsages for prom, they were beautiful. However the flowers looked like they were dying when I got them, not too bad. Only took 20 minutes, and the ladies were nice even though they got the prices wrong.

Cute little shop great prices. I stopped by on a whim, 10 spray roses and 6 lizzies for $8. The cashier takes pride in carefully wrapping up purchases.
