I recently stopped by the TCC Verizon store in San Tan Village because I was having some issues with my Samsung S7 Edge. I never did learn how to use the phone very well after transitioning from an iPhone to this Android at the prompting of my IT person. The experience that I had at a different store where I purchased the S7 was not good. I was therefore a little reluctant to stop by a store where I had never made a purchase to ask for help. Much to my delight, the service and experience I had at the San Tan Village location was awesome! I was greeted by a friendly and very helpful employee by the name of Chris H. Chris H patiently helped me with getting my S7 back on track. He also mentioned I was eligible for an phone upgrade and that the new Samsung S8+ would soon be available. I ordered the new Samsung S8+, purchased some other items, and left the store very happy. I received a call from Chris H a couple of days prior to the expected delivery date, that the new S8+ had already arrived at the store. I didnt think that after the incredible experience that I had previously at this store that it could get any better...but it did! With great enthusiasm, Chris H delivered the new phone, put a new screen protector on it, and even "screen protected" other devices that I had with me! Now fun had been added to fabulous customer service too! After my departure, Chris H even helped with some Samsung customer service issues...which was definitely going "up and above" the call of duty and service. I rarely, if ever, take the time to post reviews, however, in this situation, it is very warranted! Thank YOU for the wonderful service!

Dishonest and fraudulent employees. I went to purchase a phone and Woody tried to up sale me a bundle package with discounted accessories. I explained I only wanted the phone, nothing additional. When I checked out he informed me I owed $139. When I asked what the charges were for he said some gibberish about fees and taxes. He stapled an employee satisfaction form to the front of my receipt so I wouldnt look at it right away. Out of the store I reviewed the receipt and there was a charge for PP Membership $79.99. I walked right back in and asked what the charge was for and he said Taxes. I asked again and he finally said it was a membership fee for discounted accessories. I told them this was a dishonest charge and to take the entire phone back. What was so upsetting was they acted like this was no big deal. No apology, no sorry that was a mistake, nothing. They acted (store manager included) as if this was what they normally did and I just happened to catch them in the act. I have contacted VERIZON and AZ Attorney General regarding the fraudulence of TCC and their employees.

After 4 different people at the Verizon call center and going a different store to fix my locked phone, I was blessed to finally get a person who cared and worked through to figure out what the problem was and FIXED MY PHONE! Im doing this review at the store because these people are that good. The store us called TCC. The person that helped me is named Haylee! Awesome customer service Haylee. This is where Ill come for all my familys mobile needs from now on!

The rep that helped me was Chris Hazzard. He was informative, and very consultative in his help. We discussed what I use my phone for and he helped me get my phone. I am absolutely IN LOVE with my S8 phone and it takes the best pictures. The rest of the staff at the store was very courteous and polite. I would highly recommend Chris and this store any all of my friends so they can get excellent service and feel valued.

Ive been with Verizon for over 15 years and dread the in-store wait time for new phone set-up. Carlo at Verizon SanTan Village made up for that with his 5 Star customer service. Carlo was knowledgeable, kind and saved me over $90 a month on my bill and, got me a tablet for $20. If you dread the wait times I recommend going to see Carlo at Verizon SanTan Village.

The employees at this store have never ever been able to resolve my issues or help me whatsoever. Ive been turned away by these employees three separate times with unrelated issues because there never seems to be anyone competent enough to know how to help me. Other Verizon stores help me just fine with issues that supposedly only customer service can resolve.

We were helped by friendly and courteous staff. Brittany W was especially helpful and worked with us to resolve issues we were having with our IPad, G pad and Mac book.. We keep coming back because of the staff who are able to help and are patient with "older" folks. I tell everyone about the store. Brittany certainly has the right attitude.

This is the most unprofessional dishonest company I have ever dealt. They made a mistake and misinformed me when I signed up with Verizon and now I am out $400 and the manager refuses to make it right or even give me his supervisors information. I advise having nothing to do with this company.

Someone from one c of the Verizon stores in Gilbert hacked into my sons Facebook account & others. This is being reported to all federal agencies. My son has previously had his ID stolen from an illegal in Tempe. Pray the law finds you first. I have enough of this crap in this state.

I would avoid this place at all cost. This is the most dishonest business I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a (real) Verizon store this isnt one. This is a authorized retailer TCC which means they are privately owned and could care less about Verizon customers.

This is probably the best Verizon store I have been to. The staff was amazing and Kyle helped us get our new iPhone 7 plus and he zoomed through the whole process and was really cool about everything and took us step by step with everything that was happening 10/10

My experience at the TCC Verizon was great! Kyle S. helped us out with every question, we ended up leaving with a new phone and lower phone bill than when I walked in. I would recommend this store to anyone, great customer service, and fast service as well
