I seriously dont write reviews for things, but I had to with this one... wasnt very happy with them. Honestly whoever did mine & my friends piercing wasnt very perfesional. Friend got her tongue pierced, I got my septum done. Guy kept talking to the other worker, didnt even go through the full process with my friend as she got her tongue pierced. Vaguely went over the cleaning process. Never made my friend wash her mouth out, or even cleaned her tongue. Just patted it down, making sure it was dry, doted it, then put the clamps on & stuck it through; but when he stuck the needle in my friends tongue, it didnt fully go through. So he took the needle out halfway through & had to pierce it again..... As with mine, he never did clean anything. Never staralized anything, no anything. I got my septum pierced, its not even in my sweet spot, the piercing is down farther than where my sweet spot is. Overall, the only thing I would say about how sanitary this place is, is a 4/10. The only thing the guy who did our piercings did, was make us sign something & then put gloves on, get the stuff set up, & pierce. Didnt clean anything etc. The rest of the time, he spent socializing with the other worker.

This is a terrible piercing place. I got my septum done and had to get it done TWICE in the same day because the piercer could not do it correctly and even on the second time it was through the cartilage (which it should not be) and it was crooked. I understand septums are a very hard job to get done and i understand if you get it crooked but it should not be through the cartilage. My grandma was getting her nose pierced a few months ago and was not asked any questions, so when the lady pierced her she was bleeding profusely and continued to bleed until the next day when she went to the hospital to have it taken out. The piercer should have never let her leave the place bleeding as much as she did. Being a professional piercer you need to be upfront and honest to your client letting them know if something is wrong. If you want a good piercing for a little more go to HTC to get it done. I went to get new jewelry and the man there could have easily made a sale and sent me home with new jewelry but he gave me some excellent advice and i will be returning to get my septum repierced.

I have used other shops. Not a first timer. I recently went in to get my nose re- pierced I was shock at how amazing my experience was. Was way better then my initial memory of getting it done (@alley cat in Glendale). Tristen (sp) was amazing took his time was in no rush was very thurow in making sure we didnt have to repierce. I was very comfortable to say the least an I dont like needles haha. Was an amazing experience with who I feel was pretty honest an informative about 101 questions I had asked. Ive had Mike do ink on my hip, 7 years later Im still proud to show it off. Also have a piece on my foot done by Rick that 5 years later Im still just as proud to show off. This shop has certainly the most respect for health. They aint scared to wash their hands an go through gloves... That I fully vouge for first hand experiences. I would recommend this shop always.BRIGHT IDEAS INK. THANK-YOU!!! from a loyal west side local.

Mike, (aka MTV) is absolutely the BEST tattoo artist in the Valley. His artwork, lines, coloring, shading and professionalism is stellar. He has done 5 of my 6 tattoos, and did a superb cover-up of the first tattoo I got elsewhere that made it perfect. Chaz, the BEST piercer in the business, is meticulous with her hygiene, gives you just what you want and is a very giving, caring person. I highly recommend Bright Ideas to ANYONE who who desires tattoos or piercings. Very reasonable prices, clean, friendly and absolutely a joy just to hang out there. Love to drop off cupcakes to my friends/artists as they deserve all the kudos they should get!!! Thumbs up from this old Hippie who attended Woodstock in 1969! dzl

I first came to this location on Monday and the artist I spoke with was very professional. I had good vibes so decided to go in on Friday for a nose piercing. I noticed there was someone sitting on the couch when I arrived on the phone. I stood there waiting to be addressed at the MINIMUM. Well, no luck. I turned around and realized that the person on the couch was off the phone. I asked him if he worked there and he said he did and asked if I needed help. ................................... The most basic form of customer service is to at least address the potential customer. I know the value of money. Times are hard, spend your money where its appreciated.

Bright Ideas Tattoed quite a few Homies and Co-workers I work with. I went in with no Reserve or style but when I scheduled with Mike I definitely looked him up. He is such a Amazing Artist. He completed my left Sleeve and completed/Killed it on my Right. Its a Great thing to have Respect and Balance for your Artist. He took my thoughts and Ideas Gathered and made them a Masterpiece. I would recommend Bright Ideas to anyone. Jason was my artist. He does fantastic work, and is more than willing to work with you on your time, and doing something within what you can spend. Very friendly environment, all the other artists were very helpful and friendly. Jason has finished my half sleeve on my leg, and Im going back again to have him finish my other half sleeve and I will be going to only Jason for the rest of my tattoos

Looking for a new artist to do some work. Was able to look at some books and found the work of two artists to be what I may be looking for. Shop was clean, however they werent busy and we were there for about 20 mins and to be honest there wasnt anyone there to answer our questions so we left. I may come back because i like to support local business or call to ask questions but for now I may look elsewhere.

I love this place. Its clean, everyone is friendly, and they wont let you walk out of there with a bad tattoo. My last 4 tattoos have been at Bright Ideas from Alex and Mike. They ate amazing artists. Will be going very soon for my 5th one from them. I definitely recommend anyone I ever meet, that wants a tattoo, to Bright Ideas.

Reciptionist was the only nice one there! Ron did my tatto and I waited almost 2 hrs for what exactly....Im pretty sure he snuck out the back! My tatto wasnt exactly what I wanted yes it turnedd out nice but the guy was rude and not friendly. I should not have had to wait for almost 2 hrs!

Very bad communication with tattoo artist Jason. His work is okay but his customer service is horrible. Waited over an hour for a simple sketch which I was told he would have in person. Got there nope that wasnt the case he didnt remember me just another face with dollars signs on it...
