I had an excellent experience at Big Deluxe. This was my first tattoo, and I quickly learned that there is more to a tattoo than just "this is what I want -- put it on my body." Everyone there was very helpful in explaining what would work and what wouldnt, and they gave suggestions to help me eventually find the design that worked for me. My artist was Jr., and before I came in for the tattoo, he had sketched out a beautiful option for me. I loved the design but I was looking for something smaller, and he was very patient and accommodating and drew out another smaller sketch for me. I still wasnt quite satisfied with the size, so he again pared it down and it ended up being just one bird on my left shoulder blade. It came out so much more detailed and beautiful than I was expecting -- he did an excellent job of getting the fine details into a small space so the specific species of bird I wanted was identifiable. I love it so much and I am so pleased with his work. I appreciate Jr. being so patient and working with me to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Jr. as a tattoo artist and Big Deluxe as a business. Very clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, great place. Thank you!

I love coming here to get my tattoos and Piercings . They have done 6 out of the 8 tattoos that I have. Always working to go around my budget and everything has come out just the way I wanted it. I have worked with 4 different Artists there and 3 of them still work with Big Deluxe. I went in a few weeks ago and set up an appointment to get a foot tattoo/Leg tattoo and we are doing that today. Deb has done most of my work from this shop This will be the 3rd one that she has done. She is Very good at what she does. The Artists that they have do amazing work. I Wish I could come in more often to get more. They always disclose that they have the $5 fee to run the card, they dont keep that hidden they tell you on the FB page and before you hand them the card they tell you about the fee. I have never had anything hidden from me with this shop. For them being the first place I got a perfessional tattoo done and made me feel comfortable for my first professional tattoo over 2 years ago they have kept my business fully. Anytime time a friend asks where they should get their tattoo done I always Recommend Big Deluxe =)

I got my first tatto here, cant remember the guys name, but my tattoo had some color to it. 8 years later and the people at Big Deluxe were SHOCKED at how good it still looked, even the white still looked good. I came back about 2 years ago to get a simple set of stars behind my ear. Dunno who I got, but he MESSED IT UP!!! I didnt realize how bad because of where is was located, but people started making comments. So I went back and showed them, they said they gurantee all of their work and would fix it right away! Made me an appt with Kaden. All I can say is Kadan was AWESOME!!!! Took such amazing care of me!!! Did an amazing job, and even touched up my tattoo I had done there 8 years ago, and added some color to it for me. Wow, just an amazing artists! My husband was so impressed watching him, and what a great attitude he had. Tipped him double due to how awesome he was, and how much time he spent on me that he didnt have to. Deff took care of me. I will be going back to Kaden. Life long client right here!!! :-)

i got my very first tattoo here from BART. he and i got along great! i went in looking for a price quote, told him my idea of getting a crayon and from the get go he was stoked to do it. i had some major medical issues during the healing process and none of it took he has since redone the entire thing and it looks awesome! he has even agreed to completely cover it if it doesnt take again FOR FREE. hes an amazing artist! he takes great care of his clients and he actually takes the time to get to know each one. ive only gotten the one from him and on my second visit to the shop he knew exactly who i was. hes a little pricey and takes his time but the quality is worth every penny and every minute. i will definitely be a return customer.

I did not have a great experience here. I got my first tattoo there because I was just getting script on my foot and didnt think I needed to look for the citys best artist for it. I had to get it touched up twice in the first couple months because the ink was not sticking. I was then informed that I would be charged for the tattoo again if I needed any more touch ups. After this I went to ONI to get it fixed. They Pdid it once and I never had any problems. They also charged me LESS than big deluxe did. And do free touch ups for life. I had a friend that also went to big deluxe and ended up getting a staff infection from there.

I got my very first tattoo done by mike . He is amazing! I love his design and the color turned out amazing! Ive had absolutely no problems with it as, in fading or anything. Also, way he does his tattoo is very clean and the thing I thought that was cool was he didnt just cover my tattoo with regular saran wrap he.wrapped it with this really cool synthetic skin grafting thing that they used to use for burn victims and out could stay on my foot for 12-16 hours and I could wear regular shoes home and sleep with it without having to worry (: I would defiantly recommend mike johnson at big deluxe!

I loved Big Deluxe. My friend and I went in at about 8:30 pm and asked for piercings and tattoos. They got us in without question. My friend, Nikki, got a dermal piercing by Jessie. He was so nice and kind. I got a tattoo on my wrist. My artist was Marcos. He was so chill and easy to talk to. He made me feel very comfortable, and he reminded me so much of my friends. He also had a very light touch. Not to mention, he was easy on the eyes. ;) I enjoyed my experience so much that I plan to do every tattoo I receive from Marcos at Big Deluxe tattoo. I highly recommend them.

Frankly, I didnt have high expectations going in there because of the location and the appearance of the studio. It looked very low-end to me. But that was not the case at all..I got my first tattoo at Big Deluxe and it was such a good experience. I was so impressed. And my tattoo was cheap. Its very clean looking and exactly how I wanted it. I am a very indecisive person, but they let me take my time figuring out the placement and size of it. I think my artist was John..Id recommend him to anyone (not sure if thats really his name, haha).

My first tattoo experience came from Big Deluxe, and Ive been going ever since. I had a hard time with the healing process and my tattoo looked terrible afterwards. Bart did four touch up sessions FREE OF CHARGE until we were both happy with the way it looked. He was super professional and made me feel welcome from the first moment I walked into the shop. I live across the country now, in Florida, but I always make sure to stop in whenever Im in town and get something done. These guys are awesome.
