Bought 2 rear tires with road hazard. The tires didnt even last thru their warrantys halfway point. The counter worker was very nice, and the mechanic showed me how they were inferior and poor quality. Very nice to me, especially the manager over the tire and lube. They ordered me 2 new tires. The tire mechanic pulls my car out and slams it into the curb doing approx $3000 in damage according to 1 estimate. (When it happened He "tire mechanic" 1st said he slid on the oil in the parking lot. I videoed the spot, no oil. Told him that and pointed it out to him). Now they called me to tell me my tires arrived but they wont put them on because my brakes dont work. The brakes worked when they pulled the car in btw. And to drive to Cullman and Huntsville to get estimates.... Then everything changed towards me....I watched the guy pull my car out, brake lights never lit up! He obviously mashed the clutch not the brake. Showed the manager my reciept where i just got new rotars, brakes, sensors all around the car just 6 weeks ago. Told me i can come today and they will file the claim.... 4 days after it happened and maybe put my tires on. Im about to find out. Has most of what you look for at walmart but many associates are new and/or under trained.

They never have enough riding carts. Also the last time I was there was, a Mexican child an mother, was in the lobby, the child was 6-7yrs old, tried to take the motorised cart I was in. I explained she couldnt ride she was to young. The then hit me in my back ,I have 3 vertebrates broken, I told her you dont hit adults or anyone. Well she then spit on me. I tried to tell the mother , no English !!! I told the police on guard there, he said Im sure she heard an understood. That was it. I found a manager and reported to them . The answer was it happens all time. I told them if they couldnt at least have a talk with the mother I wouldnt shop there any more.

Its Wal-Mart people... Wal-Mart has conveniently gathered a multitude of products including foods of different ethnic cultures all in one location. What has been accomplished by Wal-Mart is astounding. I know a lot of people want to give them a hard time for not opening all the checkout lanes, which I do not enjoy either having to wait for them to take my money is a problem for me regardless of who it is Im waiting on. All in all Im thankful for the fact that Walmart has gathered much of what I would like to have and one location for me to purchase.

The particular location for this Walmart Supercenter is a very very unorganized bunch of employees that I have ever personally seen in any Walmart Supercenter and Ive been from coast to coast When lines are long youll see manager is wandering around acting as if they dont see how long the lines are refused to open other lines its just a real crappy place and unfortunately Walmart has shut down a lot of good businesses so youre almost completely and utterly forced to use their services

Management didnt seem to notice how backed up the few checkout lanes that were open, became. Besides not nearly enough lanes being open, there were no baggers. My wait in line was15+ minutes. I saw store employees walking around and if they had been called to bag it would have been a tremendous help. As I was walking out, i called the store and suggested that someone pay attention to how backed up the lanes were becoming. This is why I seldom shop at Walmart anymoree.

You will have to kiss up to get and hold a job there. Never believe in their open door policy, its false. Also you will loose a job quickly there if you act upon any higher ranking person there without proof in writing, if you dont believe the person then have a manager of the entire store check. You have to force them to do their job to ensure you keep yours. The store its self is well made and roomy. I enjoy helping the community by buying local.

Getting the Oil change was okay; nothing spectacular not I sense there was any enthusiasm.. I requested information to purchase a full set of tires and it was a painful experience. Perhaps the Employee was tired after a long day and long week but did not seem motivated to help or get the information. I spoke with the Customer Service Manager and directed me to ask for Sergio: the Department Manager which was not around...not happy at all.

It is the worse walmart in this area,they dont have half of the things you need, stock is all over the place, the manager does not care. There is only maybe 3 to 4 registers when it is really busy, the store is the dirtiest one ever. My husband is a truck driver and he has been to Walmart so from here to North Dakota and he even said this is the worst ever. They need a new manager and management.

Managers are rude & constantly following you around, store is never cleaned or stocked. Never has enough registers open for speedy checkout, only self checkout with is an inconvenience most of the time. Despite all the bad in this supercenter #0662.. Employees are very welcoming. Wouldnt recommend this Walmart at all for a shopping trip!

I mean, its Walmart. You pretty much know what youre getting into if you go here. Long lines at check out, even if youre doing the self-check out thing. Lots of selection but oddly lacking. Like theres so much stuff crammed onto the shelves but at the expense of limiting item types for a broader selection of brands of that same type.

It has the same things as any walmart. I dont care for this location and I know others who dont either. One person I know drives to another town if they have to go to Walmart rather than go to this store. Many of the employees dont seem like they care for their job, some are rude, again a reflection of how they feel about their job.

Well its a Wal Mart so your not getting out fast unless your there for a single item and your using self check out. Other than that though this is one of the better Wal Marts, the selection is better than most in the area and the clearance section is always full of an assortment of things for hobbyist and DIY projects.

The employees are helpful and if I have a question they take me personally to the location of the item for which I am looking. Its the only place I know where I can purchase a box of shotgun shells, some jumper cables and the head of lettuce under the same roof.

I should never have bought tires here. Just to have your tires rotated you better have 2 hours to wait. And it doesnt matter what day or what time you go. The workers look like they are walking in molasses. Live and learn. Will NEVER buy tires here again.

If it could be rated a zero I would. Store never have anyone to help you. Never enough register open for check out. Always out of stock on things you need and the people if you do see them are not friendly unless you know them. This Walmart is the pits.
