I am handicap and was handled very rude by an employee. I needed help on self checkout the lady was throwing my items to be checked out I had sliced bread in tub she through it so hard the lid came off.I asked her to pack my pershiable together and she said she didnt know what that meant so I told her more throwing of items.Then the computers decide to lock up. Overhead announcement they would be down 10 min.cashier walks to other aisle and a customer tells her she had only 1 item left to scan.Cashier tells her she doesnt care.At this time wanted to tell her to stick them grocers where the sun dont shine.The computer is up and running shes throwing my bag items in my cart and tells me were going to a different register starts throwing out of bags she has done already.Igave her a 1.00 coupon scans it and then leaves I paid with card and it tells me to scan coupon again which she has already put in slot their goes my 1.00 I was so mad I wanted to tell her off but didnt want to cause scene. Get home my bread that top was off of fell in garage on floor Worst experience ever.

We where talked into buying home Theater Unit!That was on sale.Oh its nice,But 1 big ass problem!! They being sales Man never told us it dont have a tuner in it. So we tried to return it!! Big Ass Problem the clerk said we couldnt return it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was on sale.Sale my ass I paid $900.00.For JUNK!!.First and last Dam So called TV,Unbelieveable Us being Elderly on Fix income and they wouldnt fix their F--kup .Dont buy from them .They have zero sales persons with Knowledge to tell you right from wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Pissed off .

The people working and shopping here are a bit rude. When I was there this time, two of my bags did not make it into my cart. It took some work, but they did view the security film that showed I was right and the checker was wrong. But I felt all along that nobody believed me! What happened to the mantra, "The customer is always right?" I do like other Walmart stores, but I tend to avoid this one.

Im just about done going to this store. Customers are treated like dirt by employees. There are other stores in Jasper that will be happy to get my business. Everything is made in China and the customer is treated like dirt. Sam Walton would turn over in his grave if he knew what Walmart has turned into! Stay Away!

Clean, well organized, friendly staff. Usually short handed but they handle it well. This store has a Subway restaurant, nail salon, Woodforest bank, and Smart Style hair salon in it. Also includes a vision center, automotive does tires and oil changes, 1 hour photo, and same day pickup on select items ordered online.

The eye doctor and his crew are amazing folks. Im a truck driver and was passing through the area. I had a concern about my eye and figured Id stop in and at least try my luck at being seen as a walk-in. My good fortune, the doctor had an opening and they got me in immediately. Hes a great doctor. Highly recommend.

A LOT cleaner and ALOT more organized than most Walmarts around the area (Washington, Vincennes etc). I mean their clearance section was even organized...thats unheard of. They say not 2 Walmarts are the same but if they could be Id petition they need to be like this one.

Walmart has better prices on pet food, OTC medicine, I have found employees generally courteous & helpful, if you can find them. They are invariably out of things I need, once almost my entire list. I buy few groceries there anymore, Ruler has much better prices

The only reason i am giving 5 star to the bad experience i had was because this girl tiffany, and kayle they are great and they deserve a raise, they are awesome... I did not find my apple headset but they help a lot

Need to educate your staff on how to run their equipment oil change takes an hour and a half with no one in front of you checks not cashed with no explanation cash register crash with no reason twice in a row

Difficult to find employees who know where their products are located, no self service check out lanes open and the few lanes that were open were all on one end...opposite of where I came in of course!

I hate going to this store. Its way overcrowded and they never have everything I need in stock. I have to order online. Ive started going to IGA for groceries. IGA is much cleaner and less crowded.

Not very busy, well stocked, overall good, have a subway too. Only removibg one star as I couldnt find any employee nearby for about 10 mins to ask question about something. Else no issues.

This Walmart is always busy and well-stocked. They never have but a few registers open, but I suppose thats most Walmart stores anymore. The staff are usually quite friendly and helpful.

Its hard to find help in any Wal-Mart, especially this one. The aisles are usually blocked when I shop and pallets blocking things Im there for. Shop local not here.

Dont know how the community ever got by without it. Great prices and huge inventory. The 24 hour service has helped us in more ways than I can mention.

Best time to go for me is 11 pm to 3 am nice and quiet to think if you didnt make a list. No large crowds and you can take your own sweet time.
