Employees are either seemingly high, boredom induced comatose or new and naive. Where are management? If one does run across an item missing from the shelf, one must schlepp to the customer service desk, wait in line and get them to Radio someone to look in the back stock. Once a novice tried to tell me he couldnt help. Tell me, if customer services cant help or direct you to one who can, who can? One might save Walking and phone the store but cell service is dead within the store. Heres an idea Walmart. Make management highly visible to customers by unique appearance. Also management shouldnt be so busy with tasks that their attention cannot be secured. Pro tip: make eye contact with customers and anticipate those who need help. Do these people ever get actual training on how to best give outstanding customer service? Where is the failure?

Customer service is nonexistent. The self check out is the best thing that ever happened to this place and even with that half of the time they are out of money or they arent working. Bathrooms are disgusting, make sure you have all of your vaccines before you sit on one of their toilets, dont even get me started on the shoe department and the workers at the deli ignore you and when they do notice you that are smart mouths. No one smiles....robots would be better than this.

My writing on Walmart lets start with the hot bar wouldnt recommend anybody to go there and pulleys are too busy talking to their friends playing on their phones are just dont care Krogers sucks. For cantaloupe on different days all four of them not very good overall prices on shelves dont ring up the same when you get to the cash register I would give the Linton Walmart half a star and thats my humble opinion

It is unorganized and it is almost impossible to get help. There are never more than two or three registers open. I am glad they finally added self serve registers. It is the only way to get through quickly.
