Tracy is a rotten vile manager that will straight up lie to a customers face (on multiple occasions). I was in there to do a simple return WITH A RECEIPT that clearly showed I paid for the item with cash, and she told me the "register wont allow her to give cash back on that purchase". When I asked why it "wouldnt allow her to do so, even though I paid with cash", she said the register just prompted her not to and she didnt know why. I could easily see the register from where I was standing , and the register NEVER prompted any such thing. She, rather than pushing the total button and cashing out the transaction, pushed the button which prompted her to issue a "merchandise credit" which could be used in any Office Depot or Officemax.....Im sorry, but just because I spent money in your store at one time DOES NOT mean that I wish to continue to spend that same money in your store another time. I paid cash and should have gotten cash for my return.

Whats not to life about a place that sells all kinds of different tech and office supplies? I really could spend all day on here not only looking at their massive selection of computers and other wonderful gadgets, but just in the pen section alone! Very knowledgeable staff here unlike some other office stores where someone usually has to ask someone else who has to go get the manager before your question even gets answered. They also have such friendly, helpful people working here as well.

I asked a lady if she could help me print out a birth certificate and she said "no cause if I help you I will charge you for the job Im doing" the copies were only 12 cents each and she was going to charge me more than that just for pushing buttons so I just decide to do it myself.

The ladies offered great service and I showed up 15 minutes before closing. The men on the other hand...didnt even bother to help me load my new office chair. Tracy, the manager, not only went to get the chair from the inventory, but also, thankfully help me load it!

Its a good place to shop for office copies and machinery. The staff needs a little work done on them but overall I give him a 4. There could be more Improvement

Okay place to shop for office supplies. Not a very big selection as to some of the bigger stores in citys such as Huntsville. Just a little expensive also.
