Former employee here who never had to sign an NDA: This place has great equipment if you know what youre doing. If youre going for supplies, youll be fine. If youre going for services, you will have to make an appointment or wait because there are only a few select people who even know how to do the work. And by "know" I mean who have watched a company provided YouTube video. Also, no one in this store is going to help you with your service plan, even though they get a bonus for each one they sell. Really no sense in getting one.

I have came here two time to get prints and they have a two day wait, and the East side is a three day wait oh well.I guess the little guy will have to pick someone else to get my prints done.
