I used the print center to have a custom calendar produced last week. Colleen was extremely helpful and made it very easy to place my order. They had some problems with their computer system, however, which delayed my order from being ready on time. Fortunately, they kept me informed of the status of my order and when it was ready. It looks great and I will certainly use this print center again.

Staples Print is absolutely TERRIBLE! They have never got an order right and dont seem to care about it. Im suprised their still in business. The company I work for outsources our printing. I highly recommend that customers get their printing done elsewhere. It will save alot of time a headache if you do.

Store is poorly laid out, staff on the floor were hard to find and didnt ask if help was needed when you did cross one of them, and the associate at the checkout pushed the rewards program too hard.

Staff is pleasant and they have a good selection with decent prices. I usually order on the website and pick up. They have a better location than the other office store in Merrillville.
