If you need help with something CALL THE CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS. I needed a copy of my receipt and I called the given customer service number. Was on the line for over an hour and the woman was rude and DIDNT EVEN PROCESS MY REQUEST. The man at Headquarters was very helpful and polite.

Last time I went in they had a desk on sale I really wanted and had none in stock so I asked about the floor model and they wanted to charge me an extra 80 dollars as an "assembly fee" will not be going back.
