If I could give them zero stars, that would describe them. Terrible experience! I ordered business cards 2 days ago, and they told me it will be finished the next day. I came the next day, and they didnt finish it. Now I came the 3rd day and they are not done yet. They are always blaming the opposite shift. I do not recommend this store! Waiting for two hours each day. Insane.

The last time i went in there with steel toe boots they Embarrassed me when the front door security scanning system went off. I had to take all my personal belongings out of my jean pockets and put my belongings on the side wall shelf near the front door. I told them my boots were steel toed. Just remember to not wear steel toe boots to a computer office store.

Poor customer service and phone professionalism. I was left on the phone for an extended period of time and no one ever came back to acknowledge my call. 9/10 3:39pm. I hope we get a competitor in the neighborhood very soon.

Dear LORD. I waited ten minutes without a WORD from the print center clerk, Jeremy. Then when he finally acknowledged me it was begrudgingly.

They always seem to busy to assist and tell you they cant do something in a timely manner. Havent gone back in a while do to this reason.
