I think that some clerks need to review the manual on HIPAA law because there was definitely a lot of loud commenting on my medical insurance, what it covered, how I qualified for it, and what my medications were, such that half the store could hear. Pharmacy consultations are, I believe something that should go away. Who wants to get a health consultation in front of everyone in line at the pharmacy? Isnt this something that should happen behind a closed door with your healthcare provider and usually does before you pick up your medication? Why does the pharmacist need to get involved? I totally believe in patient confidentiality and if you want it, youd best not shop here. Particularly at the walk up pharmacy which feels to me like Im purchasing my healthcare products on the street within full view of all the passing vehicles and foot traffic in this shopping center which isnt the safest place on earth.

i dont got to this store a whole lot but i will be now we want to thank matt grant and mark (who was working in the meat department friday evening july 14) i asked for a beef dog bone and these guys hooked us up and happily smiling (rare these days),they took the time to cut it into 4, and to top it off they dropped what they were doing (all three) and waited on us ,more patiently and cheerfully,its nice to know there are sweet people like this ,thanks guys we will be back for our bones
