WORST pharmacy we have ever used! NO MATTER what they tell you, what they have assured you, what you have contracted with them, or what they have verified...rest assured that you will ALWAYS owe them more than you were told. Although it took them 4 mths to approve us for the med we needed to get (because no one could get an accurate $ amt that we would owe-not because of our ins. co.-but because they could never figure the totals correctly) we finally got the med, were given an exact (contracted) amt that we would pay each time. Now, one yr later we received a bill for an addtl $750. This isnt the first time either. We have used US Bio for about 6 yrs. A few yrs ago, they came up with an addtl $2000 we owed from three yrs prior!!! Needless to say, those amts that it took them so long to "confirm" didnt mean a thing! The ONLY reason we even used them again after the first issue was because they were the only specialy pharm that our ins. covered. They no longer are and we switched as soon as we found out! NO ONE at this place knows what they are doing. Everytime we called with a question we were told a different story about how things "work" and often times had to have several return calls because the people we spoke with had no clue why we were being billed what we were. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone!

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Their system is never up-to-date in regards to status of medication/account. If you speak to 5 people about the status of your medication...each will give different answers.....kinda the agents make things as they go. Its ridiculous! US Bioservices such learn a thing or two on how to manage customer orders from other like CVS.

Incredibly good service. Always on time. Always helpful. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Ive dealt with them for over two years and never had a problem. Plus they always go the extra mile to great prescriptions refilled.
