Yesterday, I stopped into the CVS close by my home and made a purchase of a few things totaling $52 and change. The associate could not find my care card by phone number so I paid and left. When I got home I realized I forgot my discounts on a previous receipt from a few weeks ago that I had received with a different purchase. Today, I visited the same store but different associates. I asked them to return the purchase and allow me to buy it back with the discounts applied. Also, I asked the two girls to look up my care card as the guy who checked me out yesterday could not find it. On the receipt with the discounts it has my care card # listed so I know I have one. The girls said they could not allow me to repurchase the same items & apply the discounts. They said you can return it and I can use the discounts on my next purchase. Whats funny to me is this is my "next purchase". I received the discounts prior to yesterday. I asked if I could take the items that had just been returned and get back in line with my Discounts and buy them. They said no that Bessy (manager) told them this rule. I could easily have went and picked out all new items and got back in line with my discounts and paid for them - but having already been through the hassle and drama I chose to return the entire purchase and leave. I could easily visit another location and pick out the items and use my discounts but again, the principle is in play here. I should of been able to return the purchase and buy it back with the discounts applied. Nothing was opened, used, or touched and all on the same bag as yesterday. I should visit this store again, record the conversation on my camera phone and post on social media to show other consumers this "insipid rule". By the way, many stores allow for discounts applied when you forget them. Instead these associates allowed CVS to lose money and potentially a customer who now will spread the word of the bad service. Wake up and remember we have many many MANY choices of where to spend our money. I doubt I would visit a CVS again based on the way I was treated.

This location has been open for a few months now but I checked it out for the first time in late January. It wasnt too busy when I went so it was really quick getting in and out. In addition to purchasing some medicine, I purchased some protein shakes which are great if you work out or are on a diet. The prices of the shakes seemed similar to that of Walmart and obviously way more convenient. I found the premier shakes cheaper on Amazon though so that is where I plan to mostly buy them but when in a pinch CVS is a great option.

I get all my prescriptions sent to this CVS. CVS is always my pharmacy of choice and i was happy when they opened this new branch. Ive been here numerous times. Most of the time i drive through to pick up prescriptions, but ive also walked in for ghe same purpose. Its always quick, easy and the pharmacist has always been exceptionally nice. Thank you, CVS.
