Worst experience with a pharmacy I have ever had! My doctor sent my perscription in on a Monday I went to pick it up on a tuesday my doctor had verified it had been sent. I stood in a long line they said they had no record of my perception ! Not only did they lose my perscription once they found it they told me to come back the next day and it would be ready. Wenesday I stand in line again , they say there still waiting on the order it will be ready untill Friday after 2! I called in on thursday to see how much the non generic would be and it was 400 vs 30! I asked to speak to the manager , I could hear the techs laughing in the back ground!! I complained to the manager and she kept making excuses about the shipment order being late and was very rude. I ended up waiting 7 days and still no perception they said it wouldnt be in untill wenesday now. I ended up getting it send over to kroger phamacy which had the perception in stock. Completely ridiculous!!

Waited from 2:15 to 3:40 to pick up a single bottle prescription. I love the store, but will not be visiting their pharmacy again. If you can shop through the entire store, eat at the store, and pack your things into your car before 4 pharmacy technicians can fill the prescription, you might want to look for another way to spend your Saturday afternoon. If the workload was difficult for them to get to because they all took a lunch at the same time, maybe you could stagger lunches so that the technicians could still fulfill orders for people who are sick and need their medications. I can easily assume that would be better than paying someone to stand at the cashiers desk letting people know they cant get their medication while they are at lunch and wont be back. You know who wont be back? Me ;)

Ive had very good results at this Costco with both new and renewal of prescriptions. They have also been very helpful in transferring prescriptions from elsewhere to their store. They call me if there are questions or if there is going to be a delay. Their prices have always been near or below my non-Costco mail order provider and sometimes a small fraction of the mail-order price. They are a participating pharmacy with my Part D Medicare drug insurance policy so getting 90 day supply is covered with no paperwork hassle. I have never been in a hurry or brought in a prescription and waited for it so I cant comment on how long that takes. If I have an immediate need, I use a retail pharmacy in my neighborhood and may pay more for that convenience.

Called in a prescription, went in 4.5 hours later, was told not ready must wait 10-15 min, ended up waiting 50 minutes to get the order. What the hell are they doing back there? Not Costco level service.
