I am so angry with these guys right now. I have gone in on good faith and had them order suppliments they do not carry, most times the price is fair enough. Today when I went in to pick up a special order they charged me OVER $20.00 MORE then I would spend on-line for the exact same thing! When I called to ask about a possible refund or price adjustment, I was told its special order no refund! I am NO LONGER shopping with Good Sheppard I will take my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same!

Good Shepherd is my go to place not only to buy vitamins, supplements, gluten free and other food but they are also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They are always friendly and helpful. Cookeville is so fortunate to have this store in our community.

Cool little store. They have a lot of things you cant find find anywhere else. (Beer brewing supplies, Essential Oils for the Sauna... ) I still spot by occasionally to see what they have in the store.

The manager of this store is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my questions and never pressured me to buy a specific product. Loved the small-town feel of it too.
