I dont know if I was dealing with the manager or a regular employee. Whoever was here at 630 at night was a complete jerk. Needed to return something because the taste was awful. He tells me "its plant protein. Thats the most popular product in that section." Treated me like I ruined his day. I was nothing but nice and respectful. He then opened it up and saw I only used one serving so he said "Ill probably put this back on the shelf." If you have to go to GNC youre better off going to a different location. Never coming back here. Work on your customer service skills and maybe thered be more than 0 people in your store.

Store manager there is very rude and has no knowledge of any of the products that are sold there. Wants to give you an attitude when you ask a question and then tells you that you are wrong when you say anything. My gym is literally a building over and no one there goes to this gnc because of him. Lost about 200+ customers because of a lack of respect.

Walked up at 6:55 to be greeted by the clerk who had just locked the door to close at 7. He pointed at his hours sign and shrugged his shoulders. So he lost a sale and a customer for life. I hope you enjoyed that extra 5 minutes.

Awful hours. I have never seen a GNC that closes at 7 on a weekday. The only employee I ever see there is rude and has no knowledge of what hes selling. Ill stick with A1. Avoid this location!
