Pamela- manager Robin- receptionist Theresa- colonic therapist Yesterday, I brought my parents and soon to be husband (in 2 days) to CCG. Im the only one who has had the services done before. My sister also came because I referred her as well, but at a later time. We were at CCG from 9am - 2pm. We even had lunch there. Ive had great service in the past and this service was horrible and got worse after I heard about my sisters [partially better] experience. My dad and I were injured during our services! He didnt know it was supposed to be essentially painless! And I have a scar between my anus and the skin above it and it HURTS extremely bad. And Im getting married in 2 days how do I explain this to my future husband?!? She knew she was hurting me and I was telling her she was doing something wrong. She even switched to a smaller hose and that still hurt! Finally she got it in there and she stated that I was tense and that was a lie I was in pain!!!!! We spent the first 10 minutes of my service trying to just get through this part. My dad and I were sharing our experiences with my sister and he told me he experienced the same thing! He just didnt know it wasnt supposed to be painful. Now I feel horrible that he went through this because I recommended it. My sisters story was much more pleasant. Although she had issues with not being greeted when she walked in for her appointment. However, Jillian (her therapist) informed her of the food, drink, and supplements that she needed to take post her therapy and how frequently she should get the services. And her therapist even emailed her information on aloe Vera and apple cider vinegar. We received nothing! She was also able to lay down on the massage table after her session. We were told to sit in a room with "comfy" chairs and thats it. We eventually went and sat outside. After being there for almost 6 hours and spending over $500 on services, tip, and food, we received no extra treatments or services what so ever!!!! My mom even asked for information on the alkaline water and no one knew anything! They told her to go to the back and read it! Why have people working at a wellness center who have no knowledge of the products and services. This is not the Center of Symmetry I once knew! The only good thing about the service is that everyone was friendly. But that should be a given when rendering a service! Im very disappointed and would like to speak with the manager and even the owner!!!!! Make sure you inquire about your therapist up front because they wont volunteer the information!

Healthy options that are also tasty. Parking can be difficult depending in time of day. I have no problem finding a spot within a block during (early) lunch. Can be slow in service but it comes with a smile. Decent smoothie and juice prices, great wrap prices.

Coco Greens is a great place to visit. They have exceptionally good food, always coming out with new specials and their cold press juice is delicious too. And to top it off, they offer a wellness spa! Its the best place to get healthy in every way possible!

Great quality healthy food. They offer a wide variety of food, juices, health related products and services like massage and Colon Hydrotherapy, alkaline water and more. If youre in Nashville, near Vandi give them a try. I give them 5 stars.

I ordered the soup of the day which was potato soup and the breakfast wrap. My boyfriend ordered the quinoa stir fry. It was so good and was brought to us in a timely manner. It was so blissful to be there, almost forgot we were in a city.

Coco Greens is great. They have a vegan cafe, make smoothies and cold pressed juice. They offer sauna and massage therapy services. They also have a great selection of merchandise. I love their quinoa stir fry!
