Theyre conveniently located for boro residents, and they have all of the basic supplies plus some produce and deli products. My only complaint is the customer service. The women just glare at me coldly when I walk in, and dont respond to greetings. The men are a little better but not much. They at least speak when you get to the counter and on occasion have even asked how I am. Every time I go there, I seriously think they dont want customers in there bothering them. The reward program never recognizes my pin number no matter how many times Ive entered it, and instead of helping, they look at me like Im the one doing something wrong. Ive never gotten a discount or coupon, so I dont think it actually does anything anyway, and I dread asking because theyre so inhospitable. Its a shame because it could be such a lovely place.

Healthy stuff I always more costly than non healthy stuff. My homeopath doctor tells me how to stay healthy and most of what she tells me to get I can get at this place and the healthy (organic) aisles of Kroger. This place is excellent for medicinal teas and suppliments and hair dye. The only place I found arnica cream at when I bruised my thigh falling off of a tree.

This pleasant little spot is much needed in a community where there is very little in the way of such homeopathic offerings. The place has a very earthy feel to it, and the prices are a little high but usually worth it. The staff was cordial and helpful in locating items that can be hard to find in the store if you dont know your way around. Definitely worth a visit.

Ive shopped here for the last time...customer service is HORRIBLE. Every time I go into the store, Im greeted with icy stares from the girls and even though I offer a friendly hello, I get no response. I was a regular there but was consistently met with rudeness. So, Im giving all my business back to Whole Foods and Southern Health.

The best place to find almost anything. Whoever does the ordering is a genius at knowing just what types of things ppl want and need. No matter how strange or unlikely, they have it. I dont have to call, I know they have whatever we need.

I have been going to this store for over 20 years. Its locally owned and operated and theyre always nice, friendly, and helpful. They have local honey, vitamins, herbs, nutritional yeast and much more.
