Buyer Beware!! I was disappointed with the service I received during my last visit. I needed my wedding band re sized. I dropped off the ring and they said it should take a couple of weeks. I was given a receipt showing no charge because it was under warranty. When I returned to pick up the ring I was asked to pay $63.49 for shipping! When I contacted the store the owner told me he was sorry and the employee made a mistake. At some point after I left the receipt was changed and a charge was added. I believe this was dishonest. If an employee made the mistake, it is not reasonable for a customer to be expected to pay for it. I would have taken this elsewhere, or mailed it myself for less than $10 if they would have been up front about the charges. The owner offered me a discount of $65 for a future purchase but I respectfully declined. Why would I want to do business with a company like this in the future? Buyer beware!!

My wifes finger had swelled in the heat, and her wedding band was causing her discomfort. We happened to be in the area, and we dropped into the store around closing time. The staff, and the jeweler, were very kind, cutting the ring off of my wifes finger with great care. Moreover, they charged us nothing. We must wait a couple weeks to resize the ring, however, I can tell you whether we fix the band, or by new bands, it will be done here! You dont see stores like this anymore.

The best service since the first time I went here looking for a special order engagement ring setting. Patrick Murphy and Debbie were able to locate the setting and helped pick an exquisit Hearts on Fire diamond for the setting. Weve since returned numerous times for our jewelry purchases. We could not ask for a better experience.
