I am a manager of a local store so I understand store policies but there is always exceptions to the rules. I spend over $200 a week at this store ($323 this week to be exact). Tonight, I was in with my 2 daughters and I had to use the bathroom to the point I was keeled over. Now remind you, I had $115 worth of merchandise in my cart, the 2 girls working the counter basically told me "Ill watch the stuff if you want to go to save a lot". Now I know they have a bathroom due to the fact my daughter used it last week so the fact that they couldnt let me use theirs due to "customer policy" baffles me. Whats your customer policy on rudeness? I will never spend another dollar at this store again due to poor customer service, What would I know about customer service though, Im only a General a Manager myself!!!!

Wow. This store is seriously understocked. Their Easter selection was dismal. The clothing was soooooo disorganized. Whoever works there must be like the only person there. I am sad for them.
