poor customer service seems to be a running theme with this company and in more than one retail location. I frankly shudder at the notion of attempting assistance in the Willow Grove store today, but I already know the Abington, PA store is hideous as well. In this particular store, in Quakertown, PA, twice I have gone for assistance, and twice walked out without even being addressed by the one person working, who was completely unprofessional and uninterested in doing his job properly. Working in the field that I do, I have learned in recent years that the sad fact is the modern philosophy for many companies is that the sale trumps the service every time. This company exemplifies the worst of this current trend. Also, the scam of loaning the client a phone at a monthly fee is the newest in lowly and greedy business practices. When Verizon improves its service in my area, I will race back to them as a loyal customer who never wanted to switch to another company, and certainly not to this nonsense.

I requested to get an upgrade on my phone and the employee said he would put the order in and call me when it came.TWO WEEKS LATER,I went back to the store to see if my new phone came and the same employee said he never put the order and told me I had to wait another week to receive my new phone. The stores employees also have No Idea what there doing half of the time.I also think that the store should also have more employees,Because it took an employee at least an hour and a half to actually figure out what he was doing and a poor lady had to wait for an hour an a half to talk to the guy.

I drove by there today twice cause I wanted to stop in and try and make a payment on my bill and they werent even open, no sign in the door saying why they were closed or anything. At least if there was a family emergency put a sign in your window

This store is horrible. It says on the online and on the door of the store that it opens at 10am and I have been sitting here for half of an hour and still no one is even in the store. Absolutely ridiculous.

I did not have an issue when my wife and I switched carriers some time ago. The rep was helpful and even stayed late to get us taken care of.
