Customer service is top notch. Jose didnt try to rush us at all and was very informative with all the options available. Definitely will be back soon! I am updating this review. Once I recieved my monthly bill it was much higher than it should be so I returned to the store to speak with someone about what was on my bill. They had me waiting for a good 45 minutes with my children while they only had 2 costumers. When it was finally my turn an employee looked at my account and said that he didnt know why that other employee told me my bill would be less and he couldnt do anything about it and I should come back when Jose was in. The other employee who was in the store with Jose originally was sitting close by listening to my problem and said nothing. I asked if a manager was in to talk to because this store is 50 minutes away from my home and to bring my kids back and forth is rediculous due to an error on AT&T behalf and they said NO. Then they replied is there anything else you need help with because we are closing for the night.......

Okay I went there to pay my bill and first off the gentlemen told me he couldnt break a hundred.. And said for me to walk across the parking lot to the Giant and get change there... Oh hello I had my 4 yr old with me.. But I did it.. I was angry but I did.. Then I asked for a pair of earplugs for my phone.. And the other gentlemen just said oh they like $30.00 do you still want to look at one.. Ughhh. Poor service but the products in love..

First off the customer service phone line really aggravates me- they are unhelpful an accusatory. I went into this local AT&T shop and Becky was the manager on at the time. Becky was so helpful and nice to us the hour and a half that she spent with us. I felt bad that she wasted so long on the customer service line for us. Just really wanted to come here to say Becky is great.

When you walk in there is a person who takes your name and puts it on a list... If they are busy checking in another person then you get missed by the next person who comes in.... I now am three people behind my turn and the wait is ridiculous....
