I was skeptical at first going to an authorized retailer, but after my experience there I dont know why I didnt try sooner!! It was a personal experience, one where I didnt feel like I was just a customer being checked in and sold a product to. Jahkari was very helpful and helped me get my new device set up. He also had a new trainee next to him observing and he was very polite and carried a nice conversation. Overall, they made a life time customer out of me.

My son broke his iPhone so I was looking around for places to go to get a replacement. I tried the Apple store but they were so busy the wait was over an hour. I called around and the sales person at this AT&T store said they could handle my appointment as soon as I got to the store. A 10 minute drive later and true to his word, he took care of us immediately. I was in and out of the store within 20 minutes. Superb service! Thanks.

This store is absolutely terrible the manager the person whos supposed to fix you issue is the one who completely messed everything up its been 3 weeks and I am still battling to fix everything that was messed up. Im also still awaiting equipment from the time of purchase which is now leading on 3 weeks. I would not recommend this store to you. Also I was hung up on very rude.

my card was stolen - used at this location - no security issues were put in place to verify it was a good card or for the correct customer - they tried MULTIPLE times to run the card - thank GOD for good banks and cyber security - nobody will talk to, return or accept my calls - this location is OBVIOUSLY a front for Grand Larceny - google AT&T k006 estor bethlehem

It was a horrible store, they lied to my face about not being able to honor at&ts 1 year warranty on cases. They made me feel like an idiot, I called corporate and even they said that this store was in the wrong for lying to me and that they should have honored it with no problem. I then went to the att on tilghman st in Allentown pa and they took care of me

Card number was stolen and these folks charged it for $381.14 and then refused to tell me or the authorities who charged the card or what the number was they paid off. These people are fraud and AT&T corporate knows it. Google "AT&T K006 99 BETHLEHEM PA" and you will find a list of fraud from these jerkoffs.

I had a great experience at this store today. I had Roland, the store manager, and he couldnt have been more helpful. I bought an AT&T unite mi-fi and he took care of all my questions and got me set up quickly and professionally. I would recommend this store based on my experience.

I typically hate the hassle of upgrading, but this store made my experience pleasant. The staff was very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the upgrade process, needless to say .. I love my new phone!!
