I gave this three stars because the selection and the cleanliness of the store is wonderful, but this is the second time I have had an unpleasant customer service experience, by the same woman. The first time I went in was a few weeks ago. I had just gotten out of work (Im a residential specialist working with IDD individuals). I had changed at work into leggings and a plain mint green shirt. I had on sneakers and my hair was pulled back. I say what I was wearing because of what happened. When I went in the store, this woman eyed me suspiciously. I was on the phone so at first I thought maybe she recognized me from somewhere. I didnt think much of it until I went back outside and was looking at the front of the door displays. They had flower hangings and I was looking for a lilac hanging. As I was looking, this woman (the one from inside the store) pulled up the blinds and was watching every move I was making. When I made eye contact with her she turned away and then started looking again when I wasnt looking. I caught her doing this a few times. Im sure they have to be careful with outside merchandise, so I let it slide. I went back inside and had to look at yarn for a project. So as I was walking to the yarn isle, this woman and what looked to be a manager started slowly walking behind. I turned a corner and they walked pass the isle I was in. I heard them turn and come around the other side to pass the other corner of the isle. They walk by and stare at me like Im doing something wrong. When I walked toward them with a question, figuring I would be the bigger person here, they turn and walk away after I said "excuse me, can I have some help." I was put off by this and realized they probably thought I was going to steal something. It was uncomfortable and extremely off putting. I took the items I was going to purchase and went to the counter. The same woman that had been staring and who walked past me a few times was my cashier. She looked at me and didnt say a word. Which considering she was more than friendly with another customer a minute before me, told me all I needed to know. I asked her how she was doing and she begrudgingly answered me. Then once the transaction was complete she handed me my receipt and then handed me my bag. I said "have a good day" and I got silence. The second issue happened today. I went in because the baby bernat blanket yarn was on sale along with needles. So i got the needles and colors I needed, went to the register and proceeded to pay. None of the sale items came up and she told me none of it was on sale. I explained to her that the app and the circular say differently. She then radioed into a coworker to confirm. They also had signs in the wrong spot, so things that werent on sale, were marked as being on sale. She gave me attitude at the register and pretty much didnt listen to what I was trying to tell her as she had asked me a question such as "your yarn is on sale?" I understand things not ringing correctly in the register, and misplaced signs, but dont make me feel so bad that I feel I have to apologize to you. Ill still go to the store, but lets hope there isnt a third bad experience.

The employees are insanely rude at this location. The fabric employee was.....Okay. But thats it. The cashier was an awful nightmare! A 1/4 of my clearance items rang up wrong & I didnt notice till I drove the 22 miles home. Good thing the employees at the MacArthur Road location are friendly!

Got the food grade cheese cloth here after I couldnt find it anywhere else. The customer service was a bit spare in that they just pointed to an aisle rather than spend a few seconds helping me to find the item.

This store doesnt have quite the selection of some of the bigger ones, but the staff are all so friendly and helpful! I shop there a lot as the owner of a crafting business, and have never had a bad experience.

Manager was completely rude and just did not have customer service skills. Could only get one gift card of 100 dollars. And she just did not care. I will be telling everyone not to waste money there.

Great variety of fabrics, but dont ever buy without using a 40% off coupon. They have almost everything you need for sewing, but youll pay too much if its not on sale.
