In a word, this place sucks. Rude and slow employees. One employee simply walked away in the middle of a transaction because she couldnt spell. They tried to charge me $18 for a cardboard box. They said its policy if they tape the box shut. Go to the post office, go to FedEx but DO NOT go here.
